Judging by the reviews, this is a good clinic for people who are in serious pain, and especially if they are considering botox injections, which for many people seem to work well. I respect all the good reviews from such folks. My experience was different, perhaps because I simply was looking for a specialist to take the baton from my retired physical rehab/pain management doctor. I was diagnosed with a musculo-skeletal imbalance, aggravated by slight scoliosis and postural stress, in 2001. From 2001-2006 I was in varying degrees of daily pain. In 2006 I made a breakthrough in managing and virtually eliminating the pain by starting to exercise my left side more than my right. Ive been on maintenance since, using a small dose of muscle relaxant, exercise (including left-handed to balance my body), core exercise, and very occasional chiropractic. Its worked for 11 years, and I just needed someone to take over my RX for the muscle relaxants and check up on me every few months, and be available for any relapse. This clinic seemed oblivious to my history, and quickly decided that I needed to radically change my successful program and get on expensive botox injections every 3 months. I found them polite, but condescending and dismissive of my former doctors 11-years of success. I have since found another doctor who is continuing my successful program.

Stay away from this place ... Horrible service from front office staff and you can rarely see doctor other than first visit. I feel like all others, she is running referral shop.. deliberate delay in sending prescription and dragging your pain for subsequent visits and doesnt even send prescription of what you want and even to write prescription, you are forced to visit doctor office. Yesterday, it snowed in Dallas, I was late by 25 odd minutes and she refueled to see me just to change prescription medicine. I have asked for releasing my records. Would never recommend this place and see other reviews as well. If you call front office staff, in morning, she will never return your cal till evening 5.00 or even till next day, this place is ridiculous, do your self a favor and stay away. Horrible service.

Went into her the first time on a Friday...meds prescribed then were just not working. Called her through her answering service that Sunday afternoon (Super Bowl Sunday) answer she was so pleasent...was not upset in the least that I called. Added and changed the prescriptions and in three days, after months of excruciating back pain ....I was almost pain free....by that Friday, my next appointment, I was pain free.

I have been with Dr. Bhandari for over a year and dont plan on ever changing! I have a rare and multi-faceted disorder; she has taken the time to educate herself in order to give me the highest quality care. Dr. Bhandari is extremely intelligent, personable and extremely easy to work with. She is definitely an irreplaceable member of my medical team!

Dr. Bhandari and her staff are all wonderful. Dr. Bhandari really listens to her patients and works with them on a pain management plan that works for them. This is the first time that a pain doctor has listened to what I have to say and treated me like an adult. She is also confident without being arrogant, which I appreciate.

While Dr Bhandari is excellent and her nurses and assistants are very competent and carring, the front desk staff is so rude, aggravating and unhelpful that I can not recommend the doctor because you have to deal with the staff.

The staff is fantastic and Dr. Bhandari has excellent listening and communication skills. She has helped my wife find pain relief. Would highly recommend.
