Find another Dr. You dont even get to see a doctor here, just their assistant. I went in for an ear ache and was told it was just a simple infection and a shot and some meds should clear it up. A week later I still had pain, returned to be told I still had an infection and was given another shot. After 3 weeks in a row of my ear bothering me I went to see an ENT doctor to find out I had a ruptured ear drum, a hole in my ear drum and that I needed surgery. How exactly do you miss a hole in someones ear!?!?!? I tell you how, cause youre not paying attention. Went in for a annual physical and complained of having a general lethargic feeling and just wanted to check my testosterone levels since they were already running blood work. The Dr. insisted that it was not necessary, that my levels were fine (apparently they can tell these thing by just looking at you) I asked that they checked anyway....what do you know my test levels were low and required testosterone boosters to bring it back up. But wait, as a doctor you assured me my levels were fine that there was no need for testing them. Thanks Google for providing me with more information that apparently a medically trained professional can provide. Further more I asked for some help with an addiction to pain meds that developed due to a accident and was told to "go see someone else about it, thats not what we do" Dont waste your time and money here. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else on quality care from a staff that actually gives a damn.

What ever you do dont set up an appointment with William (Bill) the nurse practitioner. I had a horrible experience. I saw him because all the doctors were booked. I went in to get something to help a migraine I had for two days and was not responding to my regular migraine medication. He gave me a prescription that he said was a pain med and muscle relaxant. I reminded him of my allergy to acetaminophen and specifically asked him if this med had acetaminophen in it. He said no. I went to my pharmacy, had the prescription filled, went home took a pill and sure enough I started itching and breaking out in hives. Not only did Bill totally mess up, but my pharmacy did too. Now I still have the migraine, taking benadryl for the hives, and miserable. I will never go to Bill again.

I was a patient of this practice. I had an unfortunate experience outside of the medical practice with a staff employee, Faith Collins, a medical assistant. I am a personal friend of her family. She chose to take our issue to the work place and had the doctors expel me as a patient from any further medical services. they refuse to give any reason for their decision. I had a wonderful relationship with the P.As who always treated me.. This situation has caused me a tremendous hardship, I am on Medicare and am being treated for several health issues and have to find a new medical practice in less than 30 days as instructed, they will not treat me unless I have an emergency. After this experience, who would want to use and rely on this bunch of "self-righteous" doctors and staff?

LOOK NO FURTHER!! The entire staff is excellent! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They explain everything without talking down to you. They also do what it takes to find the right diagnosis but dont run unnecessary tests. Every time I go in they are busy, but I never wait long. The girls up front are friendly, accomodating, and work fast & efficiently without losing the great customer service. Best doctor Ive found!

My family has frequented Lake Cities Medical for 10 years now. Doctors, PAs, nurses and office staff are all kind and attentive to patient needs. My husband was misdiagnosed at a local stand alone emergency room this week. We went to see our favorite PA-Sarah the same day because we knew the other doctors diagnosis didnt make sense and she and Dr. Maxwell concluded exactly what was wrong and explained it well. Love them all!

Never go here, they are a pain and always lose my records. For some reason they keep all my records at the highland village location which Ive never been too. Their are terrible when it comes to contacting them or requesting Information. Youd have a better chance with a care now then this crappy doctors suffice.

Worst place ever!!! I told the dr how terrible my allergies are and have been for 20 years now and that nothing over the counter helps. he pretty much told me to deal with it and that allergies are normal! Not when they are bad enough to not be able to work,drive,and enjoy a day outside!!

Every doctor is wonderful.....After you wait an hour and deal with rude office staff....if you can get them to answer the phone.....almost every time I have gone here Ive waited at least thirty mins past my appointment time to even be called. But the actual doctors really are great.
