1. The worst front office doctor I have ever been 2. that appointment schedule are not right 3. front office manager not very considerate 4. they didnt schedule me the doctor that I was referred to 5. I have informed them months ago that I will be traveling August 24th and can you make it ready for my shoes insolent both the doctor and office manager Ive asked many times that when they are going to measure my foot until Thursday they told me is today and it will take 4 to 6 week to get form the lab. 6. despite all of the above I was very patience but never ever ever going to go back there. 7. I have nothing to say doctors Bhakta he is alright

From the first phone call this office was beyond unprofessional. The staff in the office was neglectful. When I walked in there were three people at the desk, I signed in, no one acknowledged that I was standing there, one woman even slid the window closed and turned her back on me. I sat down in front of the windows waiting for someone to ask for my insurance card. 45 minutes later I walked out after another patient came and the women were horribly rude to the older gentleman when he asked a question. I do not recommend trying to see these people.

I ended up with more pain than I had before the surgery they said would fix my pain. This is what happened to me. Everyone is obviously different, so of course everyone will have a different outcome; so this review is about MY experience. I will NEVER use this practice EVER again. Not even for a hangnail. NOPE

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Dr. Bhakta has literally saved my husbands foot! He is severe diabetic and has had so many issues we were scared he would lose his entire foot. Dr. Bhakta is a life saver and God-send! We WILL NOT go to another office or see another doctor!
