If there was an option to put 0 stars and leave a written review I would. My fiance had tried to get his referral for his oncologist sent for two months and after the Oncologist never received it his nurse had to call multiple times to try and get it for him becase he was now behind on his semi-annual scans. His nurse said they are the most unprofessional office she has ever had to deal with. He contacted them and finally got a scheduled appointment had showed up on a day he mistaked for his appointment day went ahead and filled out all of his paperwork and left it with a man at the front Miguel who knew him from his previous visit last year. Miguel seems to be the only one who knows whats going on. He showed up for his scheduled appointment to "renew" his referral )even though it hadnt even been a year but since his Oncologist was changing it was required) they said he was not on their schedule and that they need him to fill out the paperwork AGAIN and they would try to work him in...Then the front desk girl tells him they dont tak HMO plans for new patients so he left and is now searching for a new PCP . Once again he was there last year, knew the guy from the front from last year, got a referral and was a new patient last year. Then I called to complain to the manager the front desk girl at first wouldnt let me speak to her at first and made me ask again. The office manager was unprofessional, insensitive to the situation and unapologetic for the "confusion". THE WORST MEDICAL FACILITY ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED A REFERRAL. Miguel had apologized to my fiance last week when he went up to the office and said they let alot of staff go recently and were training alot of new people and there was issues with their system. When I told the manager Anita about everything she just kept saying "NO NO NO thats impossible we would never schedule anyone who didnt know if they had a HMO or a PPO we would tell them not to come here if so. Also theres no male that works at this office....." if youre thinking of coming to this office go ahead and look elsewhere.
