Toxic staff. The staff makes it very clear they are not interested in anything you have to say. They generally look away and continue working on paperwork while youre trying to ask them something. They might as well say "Whatever, dude." if you say that something isnt right. The wait time is always at least 30-45 minutes which means they deliberately overbook because they dont care if patients are inconvenienced. Theyll call to "confirm" appointments you never scheduled. And it will be one of those super annoying automated calls to boot because they dont want to give you the option to say you didnt make any appointment. I travel sometimes so I never book my appointments more than a few days in advance. Theyll say I booked it last time I was in 6 months earlier. I would never book an appointment that long in advance because I never know when Ill be travelling and theres no reason to book 6 months ahead. Every bad review you read about them here is just the tip of the iceberg. I wont be going back there. The location was convenient for me but Im tired of dreading going to the doctor. I don;t feel that way about my dentist or eye doctor who are both a pleasure to visit.

The doctors are great, but the office manager and some of the office staff are WORTHLESS. I have been going to their office since June 04 and have been picking up a prescription from them monthly since then. They have routinely not gotten it written by the time I needed to pick it up. They consistently call the wrong number to inform me that it is ready even though I explicitly tell them to call me on a certain number. They have written my prescriptions incorrectly so I have been forced to pay $60 for a 30 day supply of medication. Considering Im a college student living on my own paying all my own bills $60 pretty much breaks me. The office manager has been incredibly rude to numerous members of my family on multiple occasions. They constantly have some "new" policy that keeps them from doing anything I ask them to do. I really have enjoyed seeing the physicians and nurses there, but due to the awful disposition of the majority of the office staff I will NOT be returning.

I never met the doctor. However his front desk people are RUDE. Libby must of been having a bad day. We called to get new patient forms sent to us. She stated that sending blank forms was a hippa violation. What in the hell? ?? Then she hung up when I laughed. Then I called back and another lady answered. Just when I thought to myself thank God another person answered. Nope spoke to soon. She did not want to help. I tried to give insurance info. She made it seem like I was wasting her time. Doctor might be good. However having dumb and dumber up front doesnt help. I dont trust them. They might file the insurance wrong or sell patient information to others. I know theyre not there to offer quality care. I spoke with the practice manager. She basically said she would handle it. Im not going to hold my breath. Beware everyone. Dont give your personal info to these girls there. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS.

Ive been going to this facility for over 3 years and think its awesome. They do a very good job in a very tough environment. What with governmental regulation, the need for multitasking by staff, the sometimes unrealistic expectations of the consumer/patient, and the ever present pressure to be one hundred percent right in diagnosis and treatment. Im writing this review almost by accident. I simply needed the address for another task I was working on and I saw a couple of negative reviews. It is so unfortunate that people are so petty and feel the need to express "their tender feelings" in such a manner as to malign an individual or company providing a service. You dont go to a medical facility to get a friend or have deep personal conversations. They are trying to diagnose and prescribe treatment while under great time pressure. If you "need" to be looked at when you are speaking, get a puppy.

I had my first visit today and I must say I was quite impressed. I switched Doctors due to long wait times and feeling like a number not a person. This office was quite different, friendly staff, short wait time, and I actually saw the Doctor, not a P.A.! Very thorough and I felt like the Doctor went above and beyond to insure the best outcome for my diagnosis. I have filled out the transfer paperwork and my records are on their way, I will be going back (hopefully not too soon)!

Worst place!!! Drs dont care. Said they call in a prescription Friday, guess what? Monday (today) I get there, to get my med, never called it in, then pharmacy calls them to have them fax it, waited over 35 mins, no response. Called to check it, found out they went to lunch, wont be back till after 1:15. You dont do this to someone on a blood thinner called warfarin. Pissed!!

Dr Sone is great at what he does. The only issue I had was the wait time was quite excessive. My appoint was at 1030, arrived at 10 and wasnt seen until 11. Other than Ive got no complaints. The office staff was nice and knowledgeable and Im glad to have established this working relationship with my new doc.

I saw Trudy Joy (physicians assistant) and she was wonderful. She was really nice, well informed, and quickly recognized that I needed to see a skin specialist for my issue. Their referral specialist got me in to see a local dermatologist ASAP and I really appreciated all their fast help. Thanks again!

Ridiculously rude front desk people. First impressions are key and this office, due to the ladies answering the phones, have really left a bad taste in my mouth. Its thier job to be upbeat and welcoming especially talking to potiental new patients. Wouldnt recommend this office to anyone.....
