I received both an eye glass exam, as well as contact exam. After leaving, I attempted to order glasses online. The online order asked for "PD" or pupillary distance, I looked on eye glass prescription and it was not there. I called the office, and was informed that I could come back in for the "PD" for additional charge of $10 or $15 dollars. I called around to 3 different eye doctors and they all stated they would be unable to do it, because my ORIGINAL exam should have included it. I called my insurance company to see if this was covered under eye exams, and was informed it was. However it was not performed during eye exam. I am very disappointed in this location. No i did not go back and "fight" this issue, because its not worth my time. I figured if i can help next person avoid the unnecessary frustration I would at least write a review to help the next person.

It was my first visit with an appointment to see Dr. Doan. I have to say it is beautiful office. The staff were really courteous and I got a call to remind me of my appointment the day before. When I got to seen the doctor she was very thorough and knowledgeable and help me understand everything she explained to me. She took her time and I didnt feel like she was rushing me and moving on to the next client. Thats definitely something Ive always felt with other doctors. She has all the bells and whistles as far as equipment goes. It definitely felt like I went through the wringer in a good way and got a good thorough eye exam and in my particular case a baselin glaucoma exam. Definitely feel comfortable with her taking care of my eyes from here on out. I can definitely recommend this place to my family.

Easily the most pleasant experience Ive ever had when it comes to getting a new pair of glasses. Dr. Doan was very pleasant, educated me during the exam, and was genuinely concerned with my experience throughout the entire process. I didnt feel pressured to purchase anything I didnt need or ask for, while still getting the best pair of glasses for my intended purpose (night driving, work). I love and support any place that offers military/law enforcement discounts - two thumbs up!

I visited HD Eyecare for my routine eye exam. I can truly say I had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone! Dr. Doan was very thorough and knowledgeable. She really took her time with me and helped me with my concerns. I could tell she really cares about her patients and is very kind and friendly. Her staff is also very friendly and everyone seems more than happy to help. I look forward to seeing them for my yearly exams!

These people are thiefs!!! The worst service ever. They charged me $100.00 (which was what my insurance was suppose to pay not me, my copay is only $25.00) for contact and glasses exam. And then they turn around and bill my insurance company for the $100.00 and on top of that they tell my insurance company that they gave me 12 boxes of contacts. DONT GO HERE!! I dont ever write reviews but I had to write one.

My experience here was amazing! The staff was very nice and even took time out of their busy schedule to help pick out my frames. They made sure the frames complimented the shape of my face. That was nice because the last place I went to didnt seem to care. I would recommend this place to anyone who is as indecisive as I am because they made picking out the right glasses a breeze.

Ive been going to Dr. Doan for my eye care needs since she started practicing Optometry and shes outstanding! Dr. Doan and her staff are very thorough and attentive to your specific needs and go above and beyond. She answered every question and concern that I had. I was in and out with new contacts in no time. Id highly recommend Dr. Doan for individual and family eye care needs!

Dr. Doan is super smart and caring. She is up to date on the latest in eye care and eye ware. They carries the latest styles and she helped me find the cutest glasses ever. I get complements everyday on my MODA glasses. She even helped me find an eye doctor when I got an eye injury when I was out of town. I am so glad I switched to HD Eye Care!

My eye exam was really excellent!!! Great staff and Dr. Doan is extremely helpful and patient when talking to you about your eyes. Highly highly recommend coming here for your exams and eye needs. They also have a great variety of glasses and sunglasses to choose from

Great clinic! Receptionists were really helpful and the doctor is great. I dont really need prescription but once a year I do a check up and she was by far the best Ive ever had. Great job guys!
