They are always late. Wait time is ridiculously long, no matter you arrive on-time. One simple check up appointment is taking over one and half hours. Our appointment was 11:00am. Here we are, after 12:30pm, my child is still in patient room. Their telephone system is awful. Message never get to the right person or never get return call from just anyone there. Also, communication between dentist office and corporate office are terrible, my childs files were lost in transit. Took forever to straighten out for my child to finally get treated under insurance. At least, professionals (dentists, hygienits and nurses) are friendly. If you are looking for a dentist for your child(ren) as new patient, I would NOT recommend it. Go somewhere else.

What I loved most about this practice was their setup. The dental stations are side by side rather than separate rooms so when your child walks in he/she will see other kids getting their teeth cleaned as well. Also when my 3 year old son started freaking out about the mouth X-rays they immediately stopped and told me that they would just get X-rays next time because they wanted him to have a happy visit. This approach definitely helps relieve the general anxiety associated with dental visits and we need more practices like this! I wish I could have experienced this type of environment as a child!

I used to take my kids to the one in Jonesboro and it was always a great experience so I was thrilled to find they had one close to wear we currently live now. This office truly caters to children. Theyre really interested in taking the fear out of trips to the dentist. Fun decor, games, toys, and TVs over the exam chairs so the kids can be entertained and not focused on what may be an uncomfortable service. The staff looks out for your childs best interest and seem to be extremely knowledgeable of best practices where children are concerned.

They were great here! Even after they convinced my 2.5 year old, pacifier using daughter to give up her beloved "paci" for good (she never used it again after the visit), she still asks when she can go back to the dentist!

Loved that they always make my Holden feel comfortable. My 5 year old just had to have surgery and she said she didnt even realize what was going on lol. That is a great feeling for a parent!
