Front office staff is rude and unresponsive. My daughter got an infection and went to see Dr Garcia. We were told to call back if anything got worse. The next day things were worse so we called the office. No reply. We called back all day but kept being told that "well call you back in a few minutes". Eventually, our calls just went to the offices answering service. We were furious that her office could be so unresponsive to a sick kid. We took her to a local pediatric urgent care instead, spent more money to make that happen but it was worth it. The doctor we saw there was interested and attentive and our daughter got a prescription for antibiotics. The next day I still had trouble getting ahold of the office staff at Dr Garcias office. When I finally got a call back from "Erica" at the office, she was snotty and condescending. She explained to me that her rules state that she has 48 hours to get back to any call and if I got a call sooner it was a favor. Screw her and screw this place. Dr Garcia herself seems nice but her office is full of jerks that dont care about their jobs and dont care about your kids. Avoid this place!!!!! *UPDATE* Finally Dr Garcia got back to us with a prescription for my daughter more than a week after the initial appointment. Despite a penicillin allergy and a warning from me and my wife, she prescribed a medicine that is warned against for patients with penicillin allergy. We just spent the night in the ER with our little daughter covered in hives and miserable from a reaction. I hope Dr Garcia never gets her hands on another patient. Make sure to keep your kids far away from this operation.

Pesimo servicio por parte el Staff, y administradora. Arrogantes y groseros como si no supieran que les estas pagando por un servicio!!, lo unico bueno rescatable de este lugar es la Dra Garcia. que es super amable. La Dra, creo que no se ha dado cuenta de la clase de personal que tiene!!! y la espera niii se diga, te citan a una hora y terminando pasandote hora y media despues... Optamos por cambiarnos de pediatra

Bad bad service! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Doesnt even deserve a 1 star. This place deserve 0 star! We always have to wait for so long in the lobby even with having appointment. We needed a prescription and had to call the Nurse department for it but they would never get back to us until more than a month later when we finally talk to the Front Desk people, their excuse is because they dont have our right number. Which is BULLCRAP. We left our number everytime we leave a voicemail. On top of that, when we sign in for a visit, if we change our number or anything else, wed write down the new information under the column that says "Any change of address, phone, insurance, etc" They are not organized at all!

Very helpfull and pleasant staff, from the front desk person to the nurses and doctor (Dr. Garcia). Took my 3 children for their yearly checkups thinking nothing of this smaller pediatric office, but was pleasantly surprised. The front desk guy, Joshua, took the time to listen and looked into all my ins. questions (I had alot) while always being professional and curteous. The nurse who did the shots on my 10 and 3 year old rocked......my littlest didnt even feel it! And The Dr. didnt rush us and left me thinking I had found my kids "go-to" doctor. If quality service is important than go here. :)

Dr. Garcia is a fantastic Physician. When I read some of the negative reviews I was astonished. What patients fail to realize is there are days when the Dr. will have to unexpectedly spend more time with a child. Thats a no brainer. It isnt always get in and get out. Dr. Garcia is all about the children. Try "quick care" for all the parents who think that a Dr. may not run into a situation with a patient. I would wait as long as necessary to get the level of care that Dr. Garcia gives. I trust her and thank God my children are in her care.

My kids have been going here for over 10 yrs but I hav w finally gotten tired of the wait times. Its absolutely ridiculous. An hour or more wait when you check in on time for an APPOINTMENT then another 30 mins in a room. Plus howev w r long it takes the doctor to see us. So awful. I recently had another baby and was on the fence about using a new doctor but I gave one a try and that has seeled the deal. The new doctor is amazing and Ive never wait3d longer than 15 mins. Ever Its IN SUMMERLIN But So Worth The drive. Love Kid Fixers Peds.

Waited an hour In the lobby with an appointment no other patients came in the whole time we were waiting. Been sitting in the back room for over an hour now and they put 3 people ahead of us. We are only here for a follow up.... as for the doctors every time I come in without my wife I feel like they treat me like a incompetent father. They usually ask my the same question multiple times using different terminology like they are going to catch me changing my answers. Believe it or not men can be good dads!

I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 since Dr.Garcia is very knowledgeable and listens well. Other then that the wait is usually 1-3 hours after your scheduled appointment time even with a empty lobby. It makes it a very long wait and day with a new born. Once you are back in a room the wait is usually another 30 min or more!! Be prepared to bring plenty of things for your little one! And definitely do not make a appointment unless you have the whole day to spend!!

Only reason I dont give this place 1 star is because dr garcia is a good pediatrician, other than that front desk people are VERY rude, scheduling is a mess (no matter if youre there 1st you always wait a good 60 to 90 minutes in the lobby then another 40 in the room) you cant show up a few minutes late or theyll take everyone else before you, even walk ins. Very little respect for peoples time.

poor people skills they ignore you and make you wait long periods of time and they fail to give instructions over the phone so you have to wait until you are in the office then they tell you then your wait time is up to an hour, after that you wait another 39 minutes in a room before you see the doctor. the only good thing is that doctor Garcia is a great pediatrician

I love everything about My Kids Doctor! Dr. Garcia has been my now 3 year olds pediatrician since Her first weeks of life and now she is the only pediatrician Ill take my kids to. Everyone is friendly , understanding & professional. Dr. Garcia takes her time with all 3 of my kids. Shes like family now (: I highly recommend My kids Doctor (dr. Garcia)

This used to be a good dr.office The staff has become arrogant and cold. They used to be compassionate. If you can get in to see the Dr. or PA they are good. But comparing to when I first started coming here its lacking. The dr used to talk to your kid for a minute. Now they rush in and out in a minute for two.
