Unfortunately the front office staff is so rude I will never return. I would never recommend to anyone! Everytime I called I was placed on hold for 10-15 minutes Brandi the front office clerk doesnt know how to run her computers. It took her fifteen minutes to check us in, I requested chart information that took three weeks to be faxed to me. We had a specimen sent out and my insurance information was not sent out with it. Then I called to confirm an appointment and was told one time and then showed up early to that appointment time just to be told I would have to be rescheduled due to being 3 minutes to late. She wouldnt even ask Thad if he would see us later in the day. Overall the front office staff is the reason I would not return.

Thad has done an amazing job on getting my psoriasis almost completely gone. It was all over, from my hed to my feet. He had me do light therapy and it worked. The only place I am having trouble with now is my elbows. He also has done great with my kids also.i am very pleased with him and his team. Thay are all very great. Thay always have smiles on their faces and always very happy.

Unfortunately, I have to give them a poor rating. The doctors are AMAZING. I have never been so impressed by a doctor. Thad was very patient with me and has done everything possible to help my eczema. But i will never return becuase their billing department is so incompetent. I wouldnt take the risk of returning and having them screw me out of more money.
