My husband had a very bad rash on his back and stomach/chest area which he has had for a month and trying different things on it. Got an appointment with Dr. Sickinger and she came in and said that she knew right away what it was and how to treat it. Two prescriptions were called in to the drugstore. When he went to pick them up - only 1 was there. They said only 1 was called in. We called the clinic and asked them about it. No response. Had to call again a day later to get the 2nd one called in. Wasted 3 days total for the medication and was miserable the whole time. Itched so bad. She had requested us to return the following week before we headed back to MN for a recheck. She said it looked great and I asked her what we would do if it comes back. Her reply was "it wont come back." I said what if it does? Again, "it wont come back." Well 2 days later on our driving trip home, it was really bad again. We have called 2 days in a row to find out what else he can do for it. No response. Cant get in to see a local dermatologist for 3 weeks. He is miserable. What kind of customer service is this office that they cant even call back and advise us as to what we can do. Apparently, its not what she thought. I liked her as a person, but she was way too rushed when she was in the room with us. Very disappointed with this office.

Their office staff is rude and unconsiderate. They have no regards for peoples time. Made me filled all the forms and made me wait an hour before I said something. The guy at the front still had the nerve to tell me they would not charge me for not taking me. I really felt discriminated for being hispanic. Never do business with this place.
