PLEASE READ TO THE END!!! Very disorganized they can fill up a form, my brother takes medication every three months this medication has to be requested from Johnson appointment date, they never can get the medication on time even with three month window time always they fill up the form wrong or send the request at the last minute causing delay on delivery. Also they don’t heisted to lie in order to cover they mistakes. Last time I took my brother there they said that he had to do some blood exams prior to receive the medication, after I complained why they never advise me about the exams prior to the appointment day, they decided to give him the medication without the exams saying that the Dr. look the last exams results and based on that he could receive the medication, my brother never did any blood exams, the medication injected on my brother is very strong even though they took a chance to give to him without to know his actual health condition just to cover their mistake not requesting the exams prior to his appointment. I’M VERY SCARRY WITH THIS CLINIC BE VERY CAREFULL IF YOU DECIDE TO TREAT WITH THEM.

I have Rosacea and went to another Dermatologist for many years, and finally left that practice, when the Doctor told me I would just have to live with it, that there wasnt much they could do. I found Dr. Richardson, and went to him very distraught, as my face was a mess. His initial prescription did not fix it, but they were wonderful, as they said for me to come back the next day and they would change the medication after they could see what had happened. They did, and it did the impossible, my face started to clear up, and except for an occasional outbreak, my Rosacea is under control for the first time in my life! My husband sees him as well, and is very pleased. Highly recommend.

There is a lot of advertising out there telling folks where or who to go to for dermatology. I am not an ad, just a real person with skin problems and I have been to other dermatologists before finding Dr. Richardson at Natura Dermatology & Cosmetics. Dr. Richardson is, in my opinion, a great dermatologist who is supported by his staff of very friendly and extremely professional people. Natura Dermatology & Cosmetics has always accomodated me and my very hectic schedule when making or rescheduling appointments. I have recommended Dr. Richardson to friends who are in need of the best dermatologist in this area.

Dr. Richardson saved my life! Ive been having raccoon black/purple dark circles under my eyes for about two years. Not even makeup will cover it (I tried millions of different concealers) even thru filters on my pic apps you could see the darkness. Felicia the Practice Manager convinced me to buy a Product called Erased by Dr. Richardson and in 4 days only I can not believe my eyes!!!!!! The blue/purple/black under eyes circles are gone! I tried so many products and I am so grateful! I feel like a brand new woman today! I will try to post some pictures! It is magic!!! Thank GOD for Dr. Richardson!!!!!

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Richardson and his staff. The office is spotless. Dr. R is brilliant. Whether its elective or medical he is so informed that I recommend him to everyone who needs a dermatologist. I have only good things to say about Dr. Richardson and his practice. He is on top of everything that is going on within his industry, practice and office. He is sterling in my book and I have been going to him for quite a few years. I am always satisfied and feel that he puts his heart and educated mind and soul into our visits each time I go and no matter what the reason. Highly recommend.

STAY AWAY - I just got a stupid text message from this Quack outfit, Still annoying me. They screwed up the delivery of my medication, refused to have the doctor call me and were more interested in Botox patients than taking care of people with real illnesses. The staff was incompetent about their job. I would never go back and recommend you dont visit this place that is about the beautiful people not medicine. Go there only if you want to be filled with a bunch of marketing crap that is still annoying me to this day. STAY AWAY!

I am a new patient at Natura, had not been to the dermatologist in almost 2 years, and it was time. They did a couple of biopsys and will get the results in a couple of weeks. The staff is great from the front office to the Dr. Follow-up has been wonderful from the staff and the Dr. I look forward to getting the results back and find out what type of follow-up there will be if any. I have had some skin cancer issues in the past, so I dont want these to progress too far. So far, Thank You!!!!

BUTCHERS!!!!! AM SCARRED ON MY FACE- BECAUSE THEY HAD A TRAINEE IN. HAD A SMALL BUMP (PIMPLE SIZE) BARELY NOTICEABLE UNTIL... THEY TOOK KNIFE AND SLICED IT OFF TO SHOW TRAINEE- HAD PREV. TOLD ME DONT DO ANYTHING.. THEN DR. CAME BACK IN W/ TRAINEE AND SAID WELL REMOVE IT-DO YOU MIND IF TRAINEE WATCHES?? NO MENTION I WOULD HAVE A SCAR!!!!!!!!!! ABOUT THE SIZE OF DIME ON MY CHEEK!!!!!!!!!!!! WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF ABLE

Ive been a patient of Dr Richardsons for about 4 years. His professionalism, knowledge and caring are top of the scale. His staff is similarly attentive, capable and helpful. I had an issue with a prescription following my last visit, Laura spoke with the Dr and communicated with my pharmacy and me until it was resolved. Not many offices go out of the way to help out like this. Thank you all.

While Dr. Richardson was away last December, his assistant insisted on taking a biopsy of a perfectly clean area of my face and reported back to me that it tested positive for cancer. With no treatment, it healed perfectly on its own, just like it was before the biopsy. 2 other dermatologists later confirmed that there was no indication of cancer or anything abnormal there.

They go out of their way to accommodate my requests and are extremely nice. The office is very clean and Dr. Richardson does everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with everything.
