The concept and marketing is nice but in my opinion this is a place to prescribe drugs and get you out the door. I brought my son in because he had a fever. The nurse was very nice and helpful. When the doctor finally arrived she asked a couple questions, looked in my son’s ears, said he had a minor ear infection in his left ear, gave us a prescription for a zpack and sent us on our way. Later that night my sons fever continued to go up and he started shivering. This morning when we got him into his doctor we found out that he not only had ear infections in both ears he also had a very inflamed throat and he tested positive for H1N1. The doctor at Good Night Pediatric had horrible bedside manner and took no effort to check for the problem. She immediately prescribed medication and got us out the door. We will not be going back and I would advise other parents to be skeptical and demand that the doctor check you child rather than assume they know what they are doing.

The nurses and doctors are ok, but wow, the receptionist was RUDE. I called the day after my daughter was seen for a skin infection. We had not had a chance to get her perscription to the pharmacy. Pharmacy was closed when we left the clinic and we had to be at work early the next day. I called to see if they would fax the perscription to the pharmacy (like normal doctors do!) and was told it was their policy to not do that and that if they did it for me they would have to do it for everyone else. Before I could even finish my sentence, I was hung up on. What the hell is that? What kind of clinic doesnt send over perscriptions? Thats BS

Consistently, Good Night Pediatrics has provided fantastic after-hours care for my children. Just now, I walk in at 7:20, see a doctor by 7:40, have a diagnosis AND MEDS by 8p. It usually is much more crowded than it was tonight (Memorial Day), but I know it will be a more cost and time-effective option than an emergency room. I have been to other urgent care centers but they do not usually know pediatrics or have the right examination instruments for kids. Going to Good Night Pediatrics gets my kids the help they need and the peace of mind this Mom needs. I HIGHLY recommend this group.

We have been going to Goodnight Pediatrics for several years. Our experiences there have been incredible, without exception. The facility is clean and animated and the staff are warm and professional. Not only do they strive to give you an initial dose of what they prescribe so you can get your kids home and in bed where they belong- but they have never failed to call the next day to check on my kids. In my opinio, Pediatricians offices could learn a lot form Goodnight Pediatrics!

We were out of town this past weekend from the Dallas area when my young daughter became sick. We went into Night Light Pediatrics and had a wonderful experience. The nurses were very helpful and Dr. Trowell-Bell was amazing! The entire staff was AWESOME! I really cant say enough nice things about how wonderful experience we had at Night Light Pediatrics. They truly made a really bad situation into a very positive experience. Thank you!

Locked the door on my wife as she was walking up (distance of 6 feet) with two kids (one vomiting with fever, the other along for the ride) at 10:28PM on 4/3/2012. No explanation. Just locked the door and flipped the sign with eye contact. At 10:28. Thats two minutes before thirty minutes before closing. 10:28. Couldve had mommy, brother and toddler home by 11 but instead we were at the ER until 2A.

We were out-of-towners and worried our 8-month old had an ear infection. We got there right when they opened and everyone was very pleasant and helpful - receptionist, nurses and doctor alike. The whole visit took about an hour, which is as fast as I think you can hope for in an urgent care type of establishment. Would definitely go back for a similar situation.

Well apparently open till 11pm is not the case. They do not accept patients after 10:30 and guess who showed up at 10:35. So we got to visit the hospital last night. If you stop accepting people at 10:30 then dont say your open till 11. Wasted almost an hour of our time driving around trying to get help for my 1year old while in your town on vacation.

We had to visit this facility recently for my daughter. We were walking in as they were closing and everyone was very accommodating. The staff, office manager and physician were very attentive and caring. I would highly recommend this office for any after-hour care.

Terrible!!! No triage. No one asked what was the reason for being there. I waited 1.5 hrs and I finally went up and asked how much longer and had to leave cz they dont do stitches. Theres only a 4 hr window to put in stitches!!!! Horrible care!!!

I love this place for the fact that most of the time, kids falls sick towards the end of the day, and this is a place i could take them, without shedding lots of bucks on urgent care.
