She is a very patient doctor but 2 people in her staff are very unprofessional. I received a voice-mail from her staff telling me if I dont make an appointment she will no longer see my children then I called and talk to this jerk at her office and told him that was unprofessional and he just said "thats fine" and he has a smart ass way of dealing with you... Its a shame too because of him I will NE contacting the better business Bureau and I will no longer be taking my children to see her and I referred about 10 people there as well and they wont be taking their children there either. Sad! What kind of Dr office leaves voice mails like that!?!

We were looking for a new pediatrician for our newborn & other children because our current office is always so busy they seem to fall behind. I couldnt even get a shot record printed. Weve only been to Firefly once but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office, the polite staff, the wait time, and Dr. Masajo is very polite, professional & attentive. Im so glad we found this dr office!

Id give it 5 stars for the few times Ive gone BUT they dont have a 24 hr nurse on call so thats a BIG issue..and Ive called during business hrs and left a message asking a question about my baby and no reply. I guess that means I have to either wait till office hrs or go to the hospital. This is a concern that just might make me change Drs

I Love Dr Masajo!!! She is very patient with all my children! She thoroughly checks her patients and does follow ups herself...like she called me to check on my baby. Her office staff is the best...very friendly, always ready to assist in anyway. I highly recommend this Dr.

Nasty people work there! They dont clean or change the paper on the table. The doctor always says your kids fine even when they are clearly not. VERY VERY RUDE!
