If I could give no them no stars, I would. First off, the Dr said she would give my daughter a referral to see a cardiologist since she believed she had a heart murmur. The LVN gave me the referral paperwork and instructed me to go to the hospital, and said they take walk ins. I go the same day to the hospital to find out that they do not take any walk ins. They told me that my Drs office needs to send the referral paperwork to the scheduling department and they will give me a call. So I call my Drs office, and no one ever picks up the phone. My only option is to drive back so I can get this important appointment taken care of for my one year old. Once I arrive, it takes 20 minutes before anyone even talks to me. When they do talk to me, they said that I was instructed incorrectly and they would send my referral paper work over and the cardiology department would give me a call. After my daughter finishes up with her appointment with the Cardiology department, the staff told me that they will forward the results to my Dr, and my Dr will be the one to call me with the update on my daughters heart in about a few days to one week. One week rolls by, and I did not receive a phone call. One and a half weeks roll by, and I decided to call the Dr to see if maybe the results came in. The Dr calls me back to tell me they had the results one week ago and that she thought the nurse called me. The staff here has had horrible communication with me, and this is just one event. I do not recommend them at all!

This is an unfortunate case of an office trying to serve WAY too many patients. I had to book my sons well visit 6 weeks in advance (and I was willing to see ANY doctor in the practice) . The day of, I got a message stating "We are going to need to reschedule the appointment." We called to reschedule after our original appointment time and they had the nerve to get mad at us for not showing up. The explanation was that the doctor had needed and/or wanted to go home early and so they worded the message that way so that we would call back right away to get the appointment earlier in the day. They were so rude! To me, "need to reschedule" means that I no longer had the original appointment - but they just kept insisting the appointment wasnt cancelled. The only reason there are two stars is because both times we have been seen for sick visits, we have been very happy with the actual doctors. This place needs to take a serious look at its office staff and the number of patients they are trying to serve.

I have taken my children to ABCD since they were born, 7 & 8 years ago and Im truly amazed by the excellent job this office does in delivering high quality care. Whether Ive scheduled a routine exam or needed an appointment for an acute illness Ive been treated like a priority by the appointment scheduler, who promptly gets us seen. Dr. Schlosberg has a gift in his ability to interact with children and put them at ease, and his nurse Tyrone has a nice approach as well. Weve seen Dr. Arnold, Dr. Fischer, and Dr. Wilke, as well as the NP and have had good experiences with all of them. Ive even called late at night with concerns and received prompt and friendly service. As a former RN I can tell you that is not always the case. I never take the time to write reviews but these folks deserve a "thank you" in my opinion as they are doing an excellent job at providing care for our children, Any reasonable parent would be highly satified with the care they deliver!!!

I love ABCD! We use the Schertz office and I take my 2 year old there and as soon as I can switch my newborns insurance over well take her there too. The staff is quick and polite and efficient. When you make an appointment, you know youll be seen at that time. The doctors are great too! We love Dr. Guerra and Dr. Hyslop. They really take time to get to know our family and our children and they give our kids great care and attention when we bring them in. The only doctor Im not crazy about is Dr. Arnold. She always seems rushed and I dont feel that she gives my children the attention they deserve. Shes also given us some poor dietary advice about our 2 year old and he wound up in the hospital as a result. I think if shed given us more time to listen to the whole situation her advice would have been different. Aside from Dr. Arnold, I have no complaints about the doctors or staff at ABCD. Well be using them for years to come!

My son has been going to ABCD Peds since he was about 7 months (his last doctor went on maternity leave). First its VERY HARD to get an appointment you have to book them at least 4-6 weeks in advance (and they dont do appointments more than 2 months in advance). Sick child appointments are easier to get but be prepared to wait. Last time we went in for a sick visit we waited for 2 hours. Its hard to see the same doctor every time. Most of the doctors are okay there are a few that talk down to you. Dr, Schlosberg is by far the best but its hard to get an appointment to see him. The nurses are always nice. Front staffs mood can vary depending on how busy it is. Overall I moved my kiddo to another doctors office because the appointments are too hard to make, wait times are long and the service is inconsistent.

The front desk staff is not very friendly, and the doctors seem to treat their practice more like a business then caring for patients. The well visits are very rushed. I get the impression I am boring the doctor with my questions and concerns. I also am a fan of Dr Sears, and that pretty much made their heads roll. I said I wanted the alternative(spread out) version of the vaccine schedule, I was told no. So I said fine, she wont get vaccinated, they relented and decided to spread out the shots. However they give combo shots, so they werent real spread out.... Needless to say I am not happy with them, and have decided to look for a new pediatrician.

The doctors are friendly... they have that much going for them. When your child is sick, when you need and want the best for your child.. they are TERRIBLE.. my son had been sick for more than 2 weeks, saw 4 different pediatricians at this facility, all different. INCONSISTENT, its been 16 days and counting and they cant do anything. If you want a good doctor for your child when he is well .. ok, but when he is sick and you need them the most, then NO.

I saw their distasteful post/picture of The elf on the shelf strapped to a Circumcision board~ Poking fun at the needless harm of boys genitals is disturbing to say the least ! I hope you FIRE the nurses/doctors who thought it was okay to post that. I think you should research what you are doing to baby boys at your practice and STOP! 80% of the world leaves their baby boys genitals alone and you should too! Disgusting is the only word for you~
