This place sucks always wait way past your appointment time. Been over a year already and still cant get my kids medical records. Asked to speak to supervisor, supposedly in a meeting and she will call me but never does. Dr. Never recommended my son to a speech therapist when he said he would once he turned 2 and still didnt speak I had to make my own calls and research on specialist. Everything about this place sucks. Staff rude and never call you back. Dont recommend this place to no one.

Always smells when you walk in. The whole office need repair Im shocked they havent been cited with the smells, holes and looks moldy. Loved Dr Heegard she was amazing sad she had to leave. The staff sucks n treat you like your n idiot. If you get a new doc they have to see your child for every tiny thing. VERY happy I switched pcp this place is disgusting the smell is unbearable

Once you get past waiting a hour for your appointment everything is okay. They always take your money on time but NEVER see you on time. I will be switching back to my old Dr where we never waited.

Love this place really nice staff and I love that the doctor herself listens carefully to you and also calls and explains everything and helps with any concerns

They were very nice and good w baby, but way too far from home to drive for us so we changed to a NB dr. Dr. Heegard was our Dr. and she was nice and helpful.
