This use to be a very fast place for me and my son over the years and I recommended my sister to go since my niece is burning up with fever and weve been waiting over an hour and still no one has called us Im very upset cause if it was like this I would have never told her to come her my niece is crying and thought they would at least be able to make her feel comfortable again

First time and never again! I waited for over an hour with 2 toddlers. Then they tell me AN HOUR LATER that their insurance verification system was down and I would have to pay $330 out of pocket. Once they can verify my insurance next week, I will recieve a credit. Who wants a credit to an urgent care facility?

Friendly staff, time in and out was convenient, dr. B Villarreal mistaken my son for a girl but he did see that my son had his stuff in place and nothing more in his diaper but he was able to diagnose my son rash and prescribe him with an antibiotic . So I highly recommend this clinic to anyone child for care.

I havent had to wait a long time only time I did wait was when my kids were new and had to fill out paper work. I really appreciated that I was told it would take a while because they had to verify insurance other than that less than an hr in and out! Im Glad to have found this place!!

The wait every time I have needed to take my children has never reached 10 minutes before Im called to the back. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes before my child is seen by the physician. Very friendly professional staff.
