Had an appointment and arrived a half an hour early to be safe. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour before being shown back. I understand that sometimes doctors/dentists get backed up, but people who arrived long after me were taken back before me. I had one of my front teeth badly chipped, and Ive had it capped 3 times in the last two years (this would have been number four), this is getting rather expensive. Finally got to see a dentist, I asked if there were other options other then getting it capped again, which is obviously not working. She informed me she didnt feel comfortable putting a crown on it and she would only cap it again. She wanted to perform the same procedure that didnt work 3 times prior (except for the part where she lines her own pockets). She wanted to perform the capping right then and there, I was obviously hesitant. I went to the front desk to see if they offered some type of warranty on their work (for when it inevitably pops out withing the next 12 months), she told me they did not. Not wanting to walk around with a huge hole in my front teeth I reluctantly told them Id do it. They then informed me Id have to wait another 3 hours (They were ready to do the procedure on the spot 5 minutes prior to this). If you want to wait forever for procedures that dont work correctly, this is the dentist for you.

The worst office ive ever been to. Messed up multiple multiple appointments, blaming me! hello customer service? got my teeth worked on once, left in tears with a huge gap in my mouth and the need to make /another/ appointment that /i/ had to pay for to fill it!! (they made the gap while doing a filling, it was not there before) Maybe if youre desperate for a cleaning and youre willing to wait for hours and then be blamed for missing your appointment, but for any serious procedure I would steer clear.

Terrible office procedures. Left three messages for a call back from the office manager and never heard from any one. Can never pin them down on how much a procedure is going to cost in advance. Different figures each time I inquired about cost. Will never go back. Stay clear of this place!

Never got to see the dentist after waiting 1.5 hours. They need to work on their customer service.
