I absolutely love the staff at Happy Teeth Family Dentistry in Ballard! For the first time in my life, I have found a Dentistry that Im excited to visit. The staff here are so personable and even with hundreds of patients, they remember things about my life and genuinely check in with the status of those things. They also make sure Im always comfortable. I dont know about most of you, but going to the dentist is usually something I dread. With Happy Teeth, they ensure my safety and comfort. They never push the limits of my pain tolerance or sensitivity just to accomplish a cleaning as quickly or efficiently as possible. When it comes to issues with my personal dental care, they ask questions (I have never been asked from my previous Dentist) that help to make self-care easier and more effective at home. Additionally, they are super accessible. It takes next to no effort to set up appointments. Their website makes contacting them very easy! Dr. Leong has also taken time out of her schedule to email me about my appointments personally. Dr. Penny Leong and Ashley, RDH have provided phenomenal care and I have been so fortunate to find a staff as great as them! Im moving away from Seattle in a month and I can only hope for a Dentistry as kind and wonderful as Happy Teeth.

I had a great experience with Happy Teeth Family Dentistry! For starters, it was simple to make an appointment online and I got a call back really quickly. They have a great location: the directions on their website are accurate and easy to follow and there is a ton of free parking. During my first visit they needed to take a ton of x-rays. In general I find this uncomfortable but the dental assistant was very patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. I asked a lot of questions and was impressed with Dr. Leong’s wealth of knowledge and the useful tips she gave me; she explained things in a simple, straightforward manner that I really appreciated. The staff were professional, friendly, and very efficient. I’ll definitely be going back again and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

If I could rate them lower I would. I had a terrible experience from cleaning to root canal. My current dentist was so upset with the current condition of my teeth that theyve requested records to see if they should recommend action against Dr Leong through the state dentistry board. The root canal I received here not only left a broken bit in my root, but might need to be re-done due to infection, my current dentist asked for records months ago, but has been ignored.

This is a great experience! I moved here last fall and needed to find a dentist. The Dr. Is upfront and honest about costs and she helped prioritize what was most important. She never pushed procedures. I am terrified of the dentist and I had a painless experience.
