Since Dr. Nguyen took over this dental practice from Dr. Tronset in the last year or so, it hasnt been the same. I have been seeing Dr. Tronset since I was five years old (until his retirement), and he and his staff were amazing! Not once did I ever have a problem, and they treated me like family (I was there a lot due to a playground accident in elementary school that messed up my front teeth). Now the entire staff has turned over, which is understandable. But with the new staff, Ive had account problems (I think Im up to four different accounts now with them trying to fix it), billing problems (billed costs much higher than estimated costs; they also sent me a bill for my mothers dental work since they put me as the head of household over my parents), problems with a basic filling done by Dr. Nguyen that I had to come back in for her to fix (still having sensitivity that Ive never had a problem with before; they charged me for that follow-up visit too). The most hilarious instance happened when I turned 26 -- the lady now in charge of billing tried to tell me that I could still be on my parents insurance and she had to bill their insurance and couldnt bill my own insurance. I havent been on my parents insurance for a couple years... plus you cant be on your parents insurance once you turn 26. Ive now stopped going there, my parents have stopped going there, and I know plenty of others who have stopped. Do yourself a favor and dont come here.

Its less like visiting a dentist and more like visiting a friend...a group of friends. They treat us great and its always with a sense of genuine interest and concern. Theyre so much like a family, professional sure, but I love the atmosphere there! I also completely trust the care we get there! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Take care of your family and visit them!

Our family--and extended family--has been seen by the hygienists and dentist in this office for years. Always a painless and good experience. Since Dr Nguyen took over the practice the same caring family atmosphere remains! Even my grandkids dont mind going to see the dentist!
