If I could give this experience a 0, I would. Dr. Norman Elloway is a disgusting man who needs to be stripped of his licence. The office is disgusting, and rotting. The wallpaper torn, mold around the vents, and christian pamphlets in the office. Everything, including Dr. Elloway and his equipment is heavily outdated. I recently got a root canal from Elloway. It began with him injecting my mouth with novacane in the wrong place twice. He did not greet me, or say anything. He also didnt swab the area he was injecting with anesthetic. He didnt even give me time to remind him. He wore no gloves, no visor, and no medical mask. He was breathing in my mouth the entire time. With no smock, he wore a plad button up and regular blue jeans. He kept his phone in his breast pocket the entire time. He texted while doing the procedure, and so did his two assistants. They at least wore gloves and medical masks. His office was disgusting. The equipment was rusting, the ground looked as if its not been cleaned in months. Everything is dusty. He pulled equipment from his pockets or off of a counter without cleaning them, or the dusty, cluttered counter. During the procedure, he used a dusty old torch pipe to heat up a pick to cauterize the tooth. While filling the tooth, he did not shape the filling to my tooth. It now looks like a white piece of gum in a clump stuck to my tooth. He also didnt perscribe any antibiotics to prevent infection. Dr. Norman Elloway should not be a doctor. He is god awful, and malpractice. How he is still a dentist is beyond me. I will never be returning again, and I suggest you dont either. Or, save yourself time and money and dont go at all.

Very unprofessional they where referring to a patient as crazy Ted and laughing about someone that was having issues with pain beware dont take your kids here
