I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. They have horrible business practices. I went in for a consultation and was seen by Dr. Sonya F. Johnson for all of five minutes or less. I was given about five different things to put on my face with barely any instructions on hold to use them. I was talked into purchasing her own facial wash, face scrub and bleaching cream. The same day I went home and used everything as instructed. I woke up the very next day with my face swollen. The day after that I had burns all over my face and dicloration all over. I called the very next business day and was told by the Dr. to come in. She apologize for what happened to my face and explained to me to discontinue use and use some ointment that she gave me, she stated for the inconvence of me having to come back and my face being burned all over that she would not bill myself or my insurance. This was all a lie! Not only has she billed my insurance shes also been sending bills to me. I called and was told not to worry about the bill but today I came home to a collection notice! Do not got to her !!! Do your research and find someone else

I agree with the above post - STAY AWAY! Do NOT go here! I bought a Living Social deal and it was the worst experience of my life. One I will never forget. The Dr. nor the Nurse explained the side effect or warning before my procedure and this caused MAJOR issues in my life. My visit was suppose to be consultation, but they barged in the room unannounced and just started the procedure. I received a bill after I "paid in full" one year after my horrible experience. They charged my with an additional office visit for no reason! They are extremely unprofessional and do NOT take time to fully explain procedures. Shes rude and never took responsiblity for her or her nurses actions. I told BOTH of them about my situation, and they were only concerned with MONEY. STAY AWAY!

I can honestly say that I cant every remember being so happy with a dermatologist visit as I was with this office and staff and the procedure I was having done with them explaining the procedure to a tee, before this I was like that feeling of going to the dentist ,but seeing everything they were doing ,so fast ,precise with great results I just had to go straight to my doctors office and thank her for setting me up with this Dermatologist .My instructions I was given on paper for taking care of my surgery areas was followed to a tee and its been over a week now and mending is awesome to those areas.

I attempted to schedule a consultation. After trying to call several times over a period of 3 hours after their "lunch hour," I was greeted by an abrasive and incomprehensible receptionist who put me on hold to take other calls. I tried calling back after waiting on hold for 10 minutes and the same receptionist argued with me about why I had been put on hold in the first place. I was not even able to schedule a consultation and no longer desire to. I will be finding a dermatologist with more a competent office staff. I cannot comment on the quality of medical treatment or the competence of the doctor.

I have been to a couple of visits in less than a month to have a couple cyst removed. They staff has been very nice and Dr. Johnson is very good at what she does. I have just had a second cyst removed from my jaw area. I will have to admit my anxiety was aweful when I arrived but the kindness and knowledge of Dr. Johnson and her staff helped me to relaxed. She also made sure I didnt feel nothing. All-n-all, I would highly recommend Dermatology Associates, PC to anyone seeking care in this field. To be continued... (must return on a week to see how Im healed up...God Bless

I worked there for 4 months & she was the worst boss ever. The place is messy & papers are everywhere with patients personal information; her office is very messy! Her clients may love her service but her professional wise is totally unprofessional, did I already mention worst boss EVER! If you want to go to her by all means go she good with peoples faces but her office & management is horrible. Working there was a pure nightmare & some...when I worked there it was good, but after a month went by it was a nightmare! I ALWAYS got picked on from her!

One of the best doctor visits I have had. I give the staff and Dr Sonya Campbell Johnson at Dermatology Associates 5 star rating. Extremely nice and knowledgable and for a first time visit I was done within a half-hour. I was very impressed by how fast Dr Campbell Johnson was able to diagnose my symptoms and prescribe a treatment regimen. If you are searching for a Dermatologist in the Indianapolis area I definitely recommend Dermatology Associates to my friends and family. I hope they consider holding an open house to showcase their talents.

Dr Johnson is a good doctor, even though I had to see her almost a year just to figure out how to get my skin better. My main issue is that I can never reach anyone to get a simple prescription refilled. I get told that they will call me at the end of the day. A week later I am being told the same thing. I have to consistently call every single day just to get a simple refill.

I just feel the need to tell everyone that Dermatology Associates, Dr. Sonja Johnson is the best place to go for any dermatology issues. She really listens to you and will recommend only what is appropriate for you issue. Also, she was very patient with all the questions and concerns I had. Her staff is the best in helping you.

The office staff here has always been below the bar in my opinion. On the other hand Dr. Campbell is top notch. I always feel comfortable with her and she is very helpful, very knowledgeable and I keep coming back for close to 5 years. It is true you do have to get through the gauntlet so to speak but it is worth the hassle.

This doctor should not be administering facial fillers. She destroyed my face by not following procedure or intelligence and I had to spend $1800.00 to fix my face from her damage. Stay away from Sonya Campbell........... She should not have the wright to work on facial fillers till she is trained properly!!!! STAT AWAY!!!!!

It was my very first visit at this dermatologist. I had gone to a larger place with more dermatologists and staff in the past so the wait was much longer than I expected and a lot smaller space but my first visit experience was good. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have experienced amazing results since I begin receiving treatment here. The doctor is very knowledgeable. Additionally, she definitely is in tune with sensitive skin. A few years ago I thought no one will be able to treat my skin. Very thankful to Dr. Johnson and her team.

Worst place ever, nickel and dime you for everything. Dr. Johnson was in a hurry and saw me for a total of 60 seconds. worst service ever. avoid at all costs!!!!!! make you sign a consent and rush you so you do not read everything then bill you for bs costs.
