When I called them for an appointment, they did not give appointment with doctor instead they gave an appointment with the nurse. I visited this practice to see the nurse practitioner, she was nice but she did not know much about the skin problems I am facing. She said she is doing some microscopic test, but couldnt complete. She prescribed a cream which did not work. I met nurse, they applied claims in the name of doctor. 11/6/2016 - I received a call to discuss about this review I posted, and I got an appointment with the Doctor this week. This looks positive.

The first dermatologist did not even bother to look at my skin other than what was showing (hands and neck), was in the room no more than 4 minutes, and prescribed me a med to help sleep. The NP was more thorough but seemed very uninterested in talking about the questions I had at the next appointments. I wanted help and I got was sympathy. Was uninformed and uninterested in new treatments. On the plus side, they did find and treat an infected area of eczema I had.

I absolutely love Dr. Crawford & his staff, Ive had many melonoma spots removed and have not been disappointed in the care I received. Completely opposite in fact, Dr. Crawford seems to genuinely care for his patients even taking calls from me after surgery at home during his much deserved family time. Dr. Crawford has always shown great concern for my level of comfort.
