DO NOT COME TO THIS FACILITY!!!!! I was referred to them by my employer. I was having issues with a mole. Dr Stitle was my physician. I was diagnosed with Melanoma after she biopsied the mole. She scheduled me to come back in, to go deeper into the skin with the removal, to make sure all borders were removed. She SHOULD have referred me to a plastic surgeon at that point with how much she actually planned on removing! they failed to get me numb in all the areas so I felt her cutting into my skin, and it was PAINFUL! She gave me 20 stitches and I was left with the UGLIEST SCAR I have ever seen! its quite large and raised and very bumpy where all the stitches were! it looks like my skin is bubbling!! I came back in a month later for them to check the healing, they said it was healing fine.... then I was left with an ugly scar and a MASSIVE bill. They refused to see me afterwards for continued follow up because I was unable to pay at least $100 on this massive bill monthly. I tried to reason with a low payment plan and refused and sent me to collections! Its been almost 2 years later and this gigantic scar has not improved one bit. DO NOT LET THEM REMOVE MOLES ON YOUR BODY!!! they will do THE WORST job with stitching when they should be sending people to a plastic surgeon!

This place is horrible! I was surprised when I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I arrived and started filling out my paperwork and before I finished my name was called, thought that was a little weird. But, then I am in the room and Dr Eads comes in with some laughing girl assistant. They both could care less why you are there. I was covered in hives and needed to find out why. All he kept saying it was something I ate. He told me since I didnt have a co-payment on my insurance, to come back in a few days, I asked why he said to see if the hives are gone! He didnt prescribe anything so why was I coming back?!?! (I didnt) He was only in my room about 3 minutes. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, that is including the paperwork. The hives were due to a medication that I had been on for 5 years but he could care less. And his stupid assistant just leans against the wall laughing at all of his condesending comments!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I saw a Derm here in the fall of 2012. No big deal, got an Rx, filled it, no problems. A year later they left voicemail messages for me while I was out of town about an upcoming appt. I never responded, but once I got back in town it was past my appointment. They tried to bill me for an appointment that I did not schedule and assured me I had scheduled a 1 year follow up at my intial visit. (Which I would not have done given the issue I had originally seen my Derm for.) I refused to pay the bill after mulitple attempts to collect wtih threats to send me to collections and never heard from them again. Until November of 2014 when they again called me and told me of my upcoming appointment this Thursday! Whaaaaaattttt!? Are you freakign serious!! (As if I would ever go back there.) No knock on their docs, but their office management is clueless about their scheduling software... no wonder they dont have any openings! The nerve of these idiots!!

I went in to get a small area checked out as well as an all over skin cancer check. The doctor looked at me for literally less than five seconds (and from about 10 feet away) and then said I was good and sent me on my way. Then i was informed that I could have a spot removed ("with no scaring or discomfort at all") and after looking online at my insurance info told me "it wouldnt cost me a thing at all"! So a month later Im left with a huge ugly scar that still is only half healed and a bill for about $350 that I was responsible for paying. I have spoken to them many times and they told me that it was not their problem and that they are not responsible for any negative results from any procedures that they perform. And to top it off I just received another bill from an analysis company for additional $54 dollars! I would highly recommend going anywhere else besides this place!

I had an awful experience with Greenwood Dermatology. I was misdiagnosed and wasted money going there on three different occasions, none of which remotely helped my problem. I had to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room, another 20 after getting my name called, and then the appointment lasted (seriously) 90 seconds with no time for inspection / questions / concerns. After every appointment I walked away with ointment they had in stock and a lighter wallet for a misdiagnosed problem. There were so many issues with the doctor that I dont feel the need to go into depth about the grumpiness of the receptionists and nurses. Stay away.

The staff is very kind and seem to enjoy their job. Dr. Eads was wonderful and very patient with our three year old daughter. She has been suffering from a mis-diagnosed staph infection for over a year. Even resulting in nose bleeds. When no one would see her, Dr. Eads made time for her--even as a new patient. He knew right away what was wrong, treated it correctly, and we finally have felt relief. We got answers, correct answers... Wonderful office all around. Wait time was not even 10 minutes, but yet I never feel rushed through. They genuinely care and I will forever be grateful to them for helping our daughter get well.

Concerned Professional

My office visits were rushed. The Dr. had a sarcastic tone each time and I was a new patient with a sincere concern. The Dr.s attitude seemed to make the nurse uncomfortable as well, judging by her actions during the appointment. I felt talked down too and was very surprised by this type of behavior coming from a physician. Never in my life have I encountered a situation like this. Personalities are unique and this Dr.s personality treated me like I was an inconvenience, wasting his time.

My family has been going to Dr Eads for 5 years as my wife had Melanoma. He is patient, skilled, and the office is extremely efficient. Having a busy schedule, I appreciate that I have never waited more than a few minutes. He also removed cancerous cells from my face and I cant even tell where it was. Highly recommend Dr Eads.

Let me start by saying that I have been seeing Dr.Eads for the past 5 years. He is one of the most professional and experienced doctors I have dealt with. I would have no problem recommending him to all my friends and family. Great doctor, great staff, great service

I had a wonderful experience at this office. I took my 5 month old for eczema and saw Dr. Stitle. She was very helpful and took her time recommending different things and gave several samples to try. I will be changing from my other dermatologist!
