I have mixed feelings about this doctors office. My oldest son has complicated skin allergies and this place (especially Dr. Fowler) helped him figure it all out after several other docs were stumped. Due to that great experience, I made an appointment with Dr. Perryman for my youngest son for acne. I had to wait several months to be seen, which was not surprising. When the day of the appointment finally arrived, the office closed due to snow, and I was told to call the next business day to reschedule. When I called, I was told Dr. Perryman wasnt taking new patients and that I could see a different doctor. I told them my son wasnt a new patient, as he had already had an appointment scheduled. It has taken several calls, including one to the office manager (located out of state), to get this sorted out. To me, its not that complicated. I have decided I will be taking my youngest son elsewhere. I wish doctors would stop selling out to larger conglomerates (Forefront Dermatology in this case). It seems that customer service ends up suffering.

I was referred to Forefront Dermatology to have a patch test for a possible allergy.The first time I walked in the office, I was greeted by very friendly, professional smiling faces. My wait was maybe 5 minutes. I was taken to a patient room and was told exactly what would take place. I was nervous waiting, but when Dr Perryman came in, she explained to me everything that was going to take place and answered questions that I had. Dr. Perryman was very gentle and professional and I felt very confident with her. I was given instructions typed out, to take with me. I had to returned 2 more times that week. Each time I went in, again very friendly faces. I was told, each time, what would take place. This office is very professional and welcoming. If I need a dermatologist in the future, definitely will be Forefront Dermatology!
