Worse experience I have ever had with any health care provider. As I walked into the lobby it was dirty and the front office staff was rude. But I thought possibly the exam rooms and Dr would be different and accepted my new client paper work. The paperwork confirmed my gut to not let my 7 year old be seen here today. Such things in caps and bold said "If your insurance does not cover your medication, DO NOT CALL US because we will not change your medication." In this day this is a huge problem with insurances but they do cover medication with the same results but made by a different company. This means 1 of 2 things with this office. Either one they are lazy and do not wish to further educate them selves on medication or 2 the medication they are prescribing is paying them to push their product. Neither of these qualities are something I want from a Dr, as they clearly do not have my childs health or anyones health for that matter as a priority. There are a ton of dermatologist in Louisville area that are accommodating and friendly. Do not waste your time here.

Ive gone to the dermatologist for years and Id say this was the most dysfunctional experience Ive ever experienced. We waited for over 30 minutes just for a receptionist to show up and the waiting room was packed. The woman who took us to a room was extremely cold and clearly irritated throughout the whole interview and examination process, nothing but huffing and puffing the whole time. The doctors exam was extremely rushed and he hardly let me speak, he even mentioned that I should come in annually, if he let me speak he would know that I was there for this in the first place. Id guess they were understaffed or overbooked and if that is the case, it is not the patients fault and they shouldnt be treated as such. If this is just how they are, that is shameful.

Horrible. This place will never see me again. Ive never seen a doctors office give you a paper stating if your insurance doesnt cover the prescription weve prescribed do not call us for a different prescription....rude. Ive also never gone to a doctor who takes a look at your skin and says "well, I dont know what you have".....thats it, nothing else...no test, no prescription, nothing.

Had a biopsy done, was never called back with results. Not even sent a letter. Will not be back!!!
