Very professional. Modern and clean environment. Staff is excellent at what they do. In terms of having a dermatologist, I would highly recommend Dr. Donnelly. I had a first time exam, an injection for a cyst, and a wart removed. My entire appointment lasted around 20-25 minutes. My disappointment, and why I am giving four stars, had to do with the cost and billing. I never expected my insurance to get billed for $1500 for this time. Some of the blame is on me for not asking about costs up front. They were very open about skin tags being a cosmetic procedure and showed me the cost if I ever wanted that done. However, being so high in fees, I think they should stress this up front before going forward with any procedures. Most people are not maxing out their deductible in the year. Some people are paying out of pocket. Insurance will reduce the overall out of pocket to around 1/3 of the original cost. Like a dentist, I think medical offices should really try and detail your costs before doing anything as to avoid surprises.

Dr. Donelly tries to understand the patient history and can understand the angle of treatment to be given. She shares the diagnosis,the reason for skin allergy triggers and the required treatment/ prevention steps. Would definitely recommend her especially to parents of babies with eczema and related issues.
