My insurance stopped covering the moisturizer I had been using for 6 years right before my wedding. I called to see if another prescription could be called in for me. They were completely rude and said they wouldnt do it since it had been over a year since Id been there. (I get it; thats a while) They wouldnt even lift a finger to help me get an appointment. I called my previous dermatologist in north Alabama (who I hadnt seen in 4 years) and they made special accommodations for me to be seen before my wedding. Office that just wants your copay vs. office that cares about patients.

30 minutes in the waiting room. 1 hour unattended in the exam room. 4 minutes and 38 seconds with the doctor. 6 months to get this appointment.
