They replaced my failed hard drive. I had everything backed up externally. They charged too much for file transfer from an external harddrive backup but refunded it when questioned. They also added memory without asking me and then called to ask for my CC b/c they forgot about it at first. I could have brought the machine back in but paid for it b/c I probably could use it. Took a whole week for the hardrive replacement and computer seemed okay. THEN things fell apart. They had upgraded my OS (without my buying the upgrade) and other software didnt work.They reinstalled original backup but left a lot of files out in the transfer. I called weekly, stopped in, sent emails and would always be told they were working on it, needed a part for their computer, were busy on service calls etc but that they would get to it soon. TWO and A HALF months later, they finally tell me that original files, fonts, mail history, documents and templates are gone forever. Unacceptable customer service. Cant comment on their ability. Things went badly for me but maybe its a fluke. I do know their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. They are nice, though. If you read the reviews, it seems they are either is great or terrible. I guess if things go smoothly, then its great. But if there are any problems, then they may not have the ability or interest to fix them right.

Dr. Tonder checked my vision acuity. She was extremely precise. I have THE best prescription Ive ever had for eye glasses. I liked her professionalism and upbeat positive manner. Dont hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Tonder. My return trip to get my new glasses was also pleasant. The office staff is welcoming and professional as well. I enjoyed the selection of eye glasses at a reasonable price and they accepted my vision insurance through my school district. After what the insurance covered, I paid well under one hundred dollars for stylish progressive teacher glasses. Im a returning patient for sure!

I have very complicated sight issues and Doctor Hedahl has been able to provide me with great care and vision correction through contacts, glasses, and specialized glasses for specific functions. He is very thorough and provides great care.
