They dont know what theyre doing, I came in simply because my eyes were getting tired in the evening until I sleep because Im in front of screens all the time so I just wanted a pair of glasses that would reduce exhaustion. All of the tests the made on me was by an intern and then the doctor came in for 3 minutes to act like a delicate genius and couldnt even let me talk and basically said that my eyes are ok but hes giving me reading glasses because "everyone should have on at some point" I couldnt even talk because he talks super fast and doesnt let anyone speak. then they told me it would take 3 weeks for the glasses to finish. a month went by and they havent called or emailed me as they promised. so I called on Nov 25th and they told me that its been ready since the 16th but I said you know its ok Ill come pick it up. I went there and the glasses were like theyre made for someone that cant see from afar. Well I explained million times that I can see like an eagle its just that my eyes get tired so is there a freaking cure for that? if there isnt dont just give me any thing just tell me that there is no such thing and dont was the your time or mine. its really terrible just dont go there.

I can honestly say that I have had nothing but positive experiences at this eye clinic. From the friendly and attentive customer service at reception to the interns to the eye doctors on staff, I personally have found all to be very competent and caring. They listen to your concerns, ask questions, and explain things to you in a respectful, and easy to understand way. I have never been made to feel like I was talked down to and or not listened to - EVER! I have been a client of Pacific Eye Clinic in Beaverton since 2014. I have always seen female providers on my visits. Im not sure if that is a factor, just putting it out there. I highly recommend this clinic.

Ive only had great experiences here. From the initial phone call to set up my first appointment to picking up a prescription for glasses when theyre ready; everything was very easy to do, and didnt take as long as with other clinics ive been a patient with in the past. The optometrists and opticians are all very knowledgeable, the opticians are especially very helpful when selecting eyewear thats right for me. They offer lots of different options for all plan types, and they always select great stuff when I ask for a little bit of style advice! This will always be my go-to place for all things eye care related.

I was very pleased by the expertise and professionalism of the entire staff. I was examined by advanced students who are under the supervision and review of Dr. Kundart. The students were highly competent and efficient, yet thorough. Both Dr. Kundart and students were very attentive in making sure that the corrections were exact and in my perception of improved comfort/reduced eye strain; I never felt rushed at all, even though I had a hard time with some of the tests that are to detect very small differences. The office is clean, bright, modern, and friendly. Great customer service and fantastic care!
