The staff and doctors are friendly and Ive had good service, but their appointment system is a mess lately. This year, they moved my spouses and appointments twice in the span of a few days. Then, two (of our past four appointments) we had them tell us they have no record of an appointment --- I have the appointment card in hand, written by them, with the correct date and time, and they tell me its not in their system. One time they were still able to see me, after I had to wait an extra 20 minutes, but the other time my spouse was just given another appointment for 2 weeks later. This disorganization is unprofessional.

I havent attended the appt yet but as for the scheduler, Ronda, I can honestly say Ive met few like her. Shes got a gentle sense of humer, and real empathy in the quality of her "phone voice". I also appreciated how she seemed to know my problems personally and wanted to assist. She makes a great inteo and recommendation for the Kitsap Eye Physicians. Thanks Ronda!
