This review is based on my one and only visit to Dr. Dehqanzada at the Hall Blvd. office. I arrived 30 minutes early (at 10:30am), just in case there was more paperwork to complete. First of all, there was zero parking in the parking lot, which was annoying but I found a spot. Next, I checked in to the office and waited, and waited...Finally, at 11:30am, I asked one of the front desk receptionists if the wait was going to be any longer. She made a face at me and then told me she would go ask the medical assistant. When she returned I was told that it might be at least another 30 minutes or more. There was no apology, offer to reschedule or a smile as common courtesy. So I told her to cancel my appt. (as I had another appt. to go to and did not receive a clear answer as to when I would ever be seen). I realize that doctors offices can have emergencies, or perhaps other patients may run late (and then those patients should be rescheduled). But if that is the case, arriving patients should be informed that the doctor is behind and at some point offered to reschedule. Needless to say, I have already found another doctor with a smaller practice and ample parking.

Dr. Gentile was amazing. Surgery went great and pain is not really there anymore. The issue I have is with the billing department. After surgery, I visited Westside Foot and Ankle for follw-ups. Each time I asked to pay my bill. Each time they told me nothing was due. Two months later I get a call from Metro Area Collection demanding $1200. He (John) refused to tell me what the bill was for. Turns out it was from Westside Foot and Ankle. I call WestSide Foot and Ankle to pay the bill but they did not want to take my money. They said it is in collections now. Metro Area Collection refused to take my money as well. They preferred to take me to small claims court instead. Im sitting here with money that no one seems to want but now I am required to go to small claims court and pay fees and interest. I dont know what is going on with this places billing department. I also do not know why Westside Foot and Ankle is using this low-life extortionist Metro Area Collection to recoup money. MAC appears to have so many BBB hits for nearly identical situations.

Can I put 10 stars? This clinic is SO superb and has consistently provided service above and beyond. Dr. Surratt is amazing. I had a pretty major foot surgery and he fully prepared me for the process, I was well informed of the recovery process and time frame. He has a very calming bedside manor and, let me tell you, I was nervous. He put me right at ease. Then the recovery was great. He is very courteous, professional and informative. All of the staff there is great too. As is the physical therapists. I honestly cant recommend them highly enough. They have surpassed my every expectation!

My mother has M.S. and has been working to get a functional brace for her ankle through this location since October of 2015, the current date is 4/5/16. Precise measurements and angle of the brace are required for her to walk safely with low risk of a fall. After two failed attempts to mimic her existing brace (manufactured elsewhere) ;one including makeshift modification such as glue in pads and post completion heat and bend. Her input was ignored and she was forced to seek an apparatus elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS MEDICAL ISSUE.

They are the best foot and ankle specialists around. They really take their time listening to your concerns and you never feel rushed when they are treating you. Office staff is really nice and they usually get you a fairly quick appointment. They are also excellent surgeons who I trust. My whole family uses them. Convenient locations too. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The staff was universally friendly and made me very comfortable, Dr. Melilo was excellent and thorough and explained the next steps in realistic terms and a plan for follow up. I highly recommend them.

Horrible podiatrist! If I could give no stars I would. I can never get the products I need when I need them. They are only in the office in Tanasbourne one day a week. I work 2 jobs, 64 hours a week. I can never get my insoles when I need them. I will never go here again. I will not recommend anyone go see this doctor.

Dr. Gentile is the BEST!!! I had a Mortons Neuroma, and he did a new procedure and I havent had the kind of difficulty that I had on my other foot 15 years ago. GREAT, KIND, FUN, PERSONABLE, COLORFUL, PROFESSIONAL. THE BEST! Yulia, and the other nurses are wonderful too.
