I received my new contacts yesterday. I had one contact for distance, the other for reading. This had worked for me for many years, but somehow the new contacts are off and I lost my ability to see close up. Not to mention they feel odd. I figured maybe the left and right contacts were backwards. Not so, they felt worse. I wanted to contact them regarding this, but their phone system is anything but patient friendly, so I attempted email. I entered my info and a pop up told me I will be able to contact them in 1-2 days. My work relies on my ability to see VERY small issues in surgical equipment. Guess Im wearing my glasses to work now...

I went to the Peterkort Office to choose glasses today. I had my appointment last week. I had just come from a rehab session for swelling in my legs and my feet hurt. The sign to the EH NW office said open 8-5, closed for lunch. I was there at 12:45, so I waited in the hallway for 15 minutes. At 1 I walked in. I told the person behind the glasses fitting counter why I was there. She said, sorry, she was closed for lunch. I asked if lunch wasnt 12-1. She said no, 1-2. I asked why it wasnt on the office hours sign. She smiled (dismissively?). So much for customer service.

I think Dr Romanowski is the best, most thorough eye doctor I have ever been to. You may have to wait a bit but that is way better than not getting a good prescription and a good exam. He did tests that I was supposed to be having all along that past doctors did not do or even seem to know about. Waiting is hard but maybe its because he is so good and so popular and other doctors refer to him. Just plan on the wait and bring a book and be happy with the best!

Ive been to the eye doctor all my life and seen dozens of doctors. I know that there is a certain amount of waiting to be done at the doctors office. I was examined by a tech for 10-15 min. and saw the doctor for about 5 minutes. The rest of the 2 HOURS i was there i spent in the waiting room. The last time i was there I waited an hour. Maybe Im picky but i think i can do better.

I had a terrible experience at the dowtown location so I went back to Vicky at Barnes road. Vicky was amazing. I was in and out in no time at all and with the correct prescription! Hands down the best customer service I have had at any eye clinic!
