Had a pretty bad experience here. Staff is unreliable in their insurance estimates. On my last visit I verified once over the phone and once right during my visit that my insurance was going to cover the exam costs. I was told both times that they would! Surprise as I walked out the door I was told that i needed to pay $96 dollars for the exam and my insurance would not cover it. The made no attempt to rectify the issue!

Very caring office that listens and helps you every step of the way. They help maximize your insurance benefits and Dr. Breeden does a great job explaining what he is doing all through the eye exam. Its nice to know they have been at the same location for over 60 years! Highly recommend them.
