I had been having neurological issues for a couple of years. I played telephone tag with this office for quite some time. I decide to physically go in and try to get set up with an appointment. Receptionist was rude as could be from the moment she saw me. I told her I was trying to get an appointment. She asked me to speak up so I stated my business a bit louder (giving her the benefit of the doubt in case she was actually unable to hear me or hearing impaired). She rudely asked if I had a referal while shaking her head no at me. I said no because mine expired but told her I had a self referring plan. She immediately cut me off while I was speaking and told me that wouldnt work. She kept asking me "Who refered you here?" She could have been nicer at redirecting me to where I needed to start! I turned around and left because I was so disgusted with her rudeness. Ill never go to that office again. Ill take my business elsewhere. Id rather suffer.

I had been suffering from headaches for years and a friend of mine that has MS had referred me to Dr. Bright . Im so glad he did, Dr. Bright diagnosed my problem, and for the first time I was headache free. I have to go back about once a year to get a shot in the back of my neck, and actually the time between shots has been getting longer. He always has told me that when I think its time for another shot to just come in. The staff and Dr. have always been very extremely nice. Highly recommend Dr. Bright

This office is terrible i have memory issues from a very serious car accident and i missed an appointment i called them immediately once i realized my mistake and they were completely not willing to work with me and were very rude and not understanding at all i would never recommend anyone to this office ever!!!!

Dr Bright is amazing! I used to get migraines every few days and had been on multiple trials of different medications before Dr Bright finally got me on one that actually worked. I am now completely migraine free. Dr Bright is friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable, A++.

I can not get through the phone number its always busy. They have had my referral for over 10 days and no call no appiontment!!! Kinda makes me wonder how professional this business is!!!!!!
