Typical throw away doctors at this location, urgent care and family medicine by appointment both are horrible. The "Doctors" who you see by appointment at FMSW on the back side of the hospital building are just as incompetent as the ones in the urgent care facility. My pcp (wont disclose name for legal reasons) is the kind of doctor who comes into the room asks me 4 - 5 questions, says he will write me a prescription for something and leaves the room. The dissociation of the doctor is sickening, hes like a robot on autopilot, doesnt listen to me at all, is about as useful if not less than, the "doctors" running the urgent care portion of the facility. A while back I had been bitten by a hobo spider on my left shoulder and it started forming a large black lump or abscess. I went to the urgent care and the female "Doctor" told me that there werent any spiders in the state of washington in the fall time of the year... I am dead serious she actually told me "There arent any spiders in the state of washington during fall". I had said I believed my wound to be a spider bite and I even brought the damn spider in because it crawled onto my chest and i smacked it, put it in an old prescription bottle and brought it in so that they could identify it and treat me accordingly. If you want to get treated like a chicken for the slaughter house and die due to incompetence and malpractice, by all means go here because youll wait for 5-7 hours on a bad day and as soon as you see your "Doctor" they will be gone in 60 seconds, and so will any possibility of actually treating you for the right condition / illness. This place is literally a joke. If you want a lawsuit then come to this place and record your experience during your visit.This place needs to be shut down as soon as possible and these fraudulent hacks all need to be put out of a job. None of the people working here are qualified to diagnose or treat anything aside from a visible scrape on the knee for which no doubt they would prescribe you vagisil ( I am not joking)

Dr. Benedick is an excellent physician. Ive been seeing him for years now. Hes very compassionate and caring. Hes also patient and carefully considers all of my symptoms, even if I think perhaps theyre minor. I called the clinic once on the weekend to have a necessary prescription refilled and the advice nurse contacted the physician on call and quickly had a prescription sent to my pharmacy. I was particularly relieved that day. The receptionists are very pleasant and welcoming as well. They always remember me and inquire about me. The waits are not too long either. I can understand how hard it must be to schedule appointments with doctors given the difficulty of predicting how much time needs to be spent on each patient. It can be difficult to gauge the seriousness of a medical concern over the phone. I would prefer the physician to be thorough with me rather than be forced by some arbitrary schedule. Were not doodads on a timed assembly line after all; were each unique. If I have to wait some time to see my doctor, then I know the next person might have to wait just as long because of time spent on me. All in all, Id say the attention given to me and the quality of care I receive are superb. Thats why I go to the 33rd St. Center instead of the Fishers Landing office-- I wouldnt want to risk severing my ties with Dr. Benedick. He knows me, cares about me and responds to me.

Hate this place!!! At two weeks they refused to see my son because of his insurance later on they called to apologize because they hadnt realized my insurance covered him and offered a same day appointment I gave them a chance and went in. Later on my newborn caught a cold I took him in and he wasnt taken seriously doctor took no time in checking him and said he would be fine. At his two month appoitment today my baby was handled horrible!!! I was not able to hold him while his shots were given and was held down roughly. They were extremely rude about him not weighing enough (10 pounds) also very rude about me sleeping with him its my child my choice he does not sleep well in his bassinet. And while checking for neck strength she pulled him up by his arm and let his head dangle. As soon as I got home this afternoon I switched clinics.

None of the doctors at this facility took my kids rashes seriously. Always brushing it off. Finally they took it seriously and made my 17 month old son and I wait outside until they were ready for us. They asked where his twin and sister were, I said in the car with uncle. They decided to call social services and tell them they were in the car alone. Never once checking to see if they were alone. They just called. One of the nurses (natural red hair, cant remember name) Gives off a bad vibe towards children. Some of the nurses are fantastic and Dr Amber Whited is amazing. The other doctors Ive seen at this clinic were terrible.

The urgent care facility at this location is god awful. My sickness cured itself by the time the doctor finally came into see me, THREE HOURS. Do yourself a favor and if you value your time, do NOT come here. I believe the word urgent in urgent care should stand for something, here it clearly does not. Thanks Washington Apple Health Care, free Health insurance is free for a reason.

This place always takes so long to get into. The last time I went they never called me back with my lab results, I had to call them. Their collection agency DCS Financial INC is a bunch of scam artists trying to get as much money as possible without disclosing all possible payment information. Not worth the trip medically or financially. Sick/Injured BEWARE!

As a rule they are really good about keeping appointment times. However, what ever the fowl up this time was, i made the appointment last week.. just to have it reschedule the day before. Then to have both my children appointments rescheduled.... its frustrating and annoying that i have to reachedule my day to get this done

Terrible ER service. Came by ambulance, waited over 5 hours, took a taxi home without being seen. I was dehydrated from having the flu and pain level was intense. Peace Health? Peace OUT. Will hope to never return. Legacy is the best local medical facility, I say.
