such a horrible RN service. I called to make an appointment and RN gave me an attitude and told me to treat myself at home. not just that, she finally made an appointment for me and the location turns out to be 405 miles away. I just got this insurance and this is how I was treated. I will definitely not recommend Kaiser if they keep their attitude like this (especially RNs).

The best Service ever!!! Im always treated like Im special to the employees, the best Kaiser of them all!!!!! My Doctor, actually listens to what I have to say, he doesnt just write out a Perscription!!!!
