As a new patient, I walked into chaotic practice. Lots of people walking around. One of technicians murmured "sorry for the mess" as i was led into the examination room. There were a bunch of trash cans on the floor, some were kicked over. A brown/yellowish fluid was dripping from the ceiling all over the room including the equipment. Part of the carpet was drenched. When I mentioned, "something wet is dripping on me" the technicians simply moved the equipment a bit. The next drop stained my pants. I stood up and left. I understand that plumbing problems can happen. But I do not understand how a doctors office can continue its practice under these filthy and chaotic circumstances.

Have been going here the last several years and have always had a good experience. They are VERY good about checking out your insurance plan before you even get started and letting you know exactly what it covers and what it doesnt, including an estimate of what it will cost you out of pocket. Both the doctors Ive seen here are extremely personable and knowledgeable and seem to really want to get your prescription right / take care of your eye health. Glasses consultants are friendly and professional.

Good service, prices are comparable to other competitors in the area. Waiting area is a little small and they dont have the largest selection of glasses frames, but its a good neighborhood shop for eye exams and perusing new frame options.

Over the phone they took insurance info, then waited to tell me in person theyre out if network and it would be completely out of pocket. I walked out. They dont do manual exams and its just a sales shop every step of the way. Avoid!

While I chose this location because of its convenient location, I was disappointed with how long it took me to get my glasses-with two delays after I called to follow up multiple times. Disorganized.

What a trainwreck. When they made a mistake, they lied to me about the status. When they made another mistake, they doubled down and lied again. Awful. Wont be back.
