I really can not say enough good things about Breeze Dental. I have a back injury and have a hard time with my appointments, sometimes having to split one appointment into two. They are so accommodating! I really feel like they are concerned with my care and comfort. My father in-law is coming in as a new patient and weve had to cancel his appointment twice with less than 24 hours notice in the last few months (both times were because he had to go to the ER and was admitted to the hospital). We felt really bad the first time and horrible the second time (he didnt want to go to the ER until after his dentist appointment because he had already cancelled once, also because of an emergency). Today when I called, I spoke to Sam and told her to charge us for the appointment time missed but her only concern was for my 85 year old father in-law! She told me not to worry. I dont know many people who look forward to going to the dentist but you just might with Breeze Dental. They stand out because they really care about their patients. I got to tell my worried father in-law that they sent their best wishes to him which is comforting when youre in the hospital! Also, I had some expensive dental needs coming up but Dr Peifer discussed my options with me and helped me find a cheaper way! He also took care of a dental eyesore for me right after I asked him about it! Huh? (Filed my front teeth) Fantastic! Hes not about giving a laundry list of expensive ways to spend your money and he/his staff look for ways to make sure youre comfortable. (Spray to keep from gagging during x-rays?! It really worked! Plus she sprinted from me to the machine and back to reduce my discomfort time. Amazingly considerate!) Great job, Breeze Dental! Dr P, you and your staff are awesome:)

I wasnt able to make it to my appointment but after calling to re-schedule the receptionist was rude and told me I would need to pay a 40 dollar cancelation fee because I called 24 hours before. I told her I was not aware of this and she insisted there were "notes on my record from 3 years ago I was aware of this" Which is not true. She automatically assumed I was lying and As a customer I dont even feel like she wanted my business. I have recommended a lot of friends and family based on their customer service but after that experience I will no longer be doing so. What a disappointment.

This review is long overdue. Ive been a patient of Dr. Peifer since 2013, and every visit and exchange with him and his staff has always been exceptional. His ENTIRE staff is welcoming and downright caring. Dr. Peifer is hands down the best dentist Ive had. He is also welcoming and caring. Hes engaging, but also really listens to any questions and or concerns I have, which is amazing because it makes me feel like Im being heard and that my concerns matter. I always look forward to my visits to their office because of how friendly, welcoming, and painless each visit is.

I wasnt happy with my dentist, and after narrowing down my research I decided to try Breeze Dental. It was so refreshing to be welcomed into his office! At each visit everyone is so friendly, and you can see they all truly care about YOU and delivering great customer service! Dr. Peifer and his hygienists are very knowledge, and do such a great job on my teeth. The detailed experience Breeze Dental provides from start to finish far exceeds any of my former dentists. Im so happy I found them and would absolutely recommend them!!!

Dr Peifer and his staff are amazing. They always take care of me. Ive had experiences where Ive had a filling crack right before a long vacation and they have found ways to see me so I wouldnt have to deal with the pain. Beyond being super accommodating they are just all around great at what they do. I always get the same hygienist, Nicole, which shows Breeze wants to give you a consistent experience. I couldnt imagine going to another dentist.

A place with an extreme focus on customer service. The entire staff ensures you understand they are focused on you. Had a cleaning and check up. The cleaning was one of the best Ive received. Staff is very knowledgeable and you do not feel rushed. Dr. Peifer is very thorough and takes his time explaining the findings and how to move forward. If you are looking for a place that will take care of you Breeze Dental is the place.

I had a very pleasant experience yesterday. I was greeted by a very friendly welcoming staff member at the front desk. I was treated kindly and with respect from every person in the office which I really appreciated after having been treated rudely at my prior dentist office. Dr. Peifer was gentle and thorough as was the dental hygienist. The office was clean and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Breeze dental!

Im a person who hates going to the dentist, due to.having the old metal braces, with wires stcking out all over, that tore apart the inside of your mouth (thanks mom).This office is very friendly & very gentle. I just had my teeth clean & they look the best & she never hurt me. She was so sweet & proficient. I highly recomend going to Breeze Dental. You will be happy you did......honest

These guys are amazing. I drive over an hour to get to them because they are worth it! I really just cant say enough good things! They are not agressive or money hungry like several other dentists in the Phx metro area that I have had to deal with. I really trust these guys are honest and do a great job! Breeze Dental is the best! As soon as you walk through the doors youre greeted by Celests friendly smile and all the hygienists are so nice and amazing. And Dr. Peifer is excellent at what he does. My kids and I LOVE the experiences we have had at Breeze Dental. And the best part is they tell you how it is, theres no hidden agenda, they are just good honest people.

My husband and I have both been visiting Breeze Dental for the last several years. Their facility is beautiful, their staff are all so kind and their attention to the patient is superb!
