I couldnt get past the receptionist to make the appointment. It was as if I was speaking to Dr. Jeckyl and then Mr. Hyde. She had a false kindness in the beginning but became impatient when taking information to make the appointment. Communication was difficult and she spoke 10 times faster then she listened. I would hate to try and communicate with her on billing questions. Therefore I could continue and never made it past the call. This review is for the front desk and as we know customer service could make or break a business. Or lose easy customers like me.

They are the best in town for Pediatric dentistry .. I have 2 daughters and both love their dental visits .. We are family with great care for healthy food ...and still my older one got lot of prob with bad teeth ... Dr happy took great care and prescribed the right care for her at suitable times ..I would recommend this pediatric dental for anyone any-day !!!

We LOVE Dr. Happy! All 3 of my kiddos have been going to Growing Grins for years and love it! Everyone is super nice and you just cant beat Dr. Happy. She speaks to me with compassion, understanding, and honesty. We never have to wait long, and they are always very thorough. Taking time to ask if I have questions and addressing any concerns I have. And my kids are always SO excited to go to the dentist! That speaks for itself :)

Dr. Grewal was so great! I just skimmed my provider list, and I didnt know anything about her before I took my 3 yr old in for fillings and he actually needed a baby root canal:( I was so impressed with how great she was with him! Not only that, she did a terrific job and he had zero pain afterwards. Very sweet. We have found our pediatric dentist. Its kind of a drive for us, but she is worth it.

Brought my 5 yo in for dental pain. Dr. Happy did not acknowledge me and only spoke to her assistant. Then the front tells me she recommends two big surgeries. She might be good but I wouldnt know. Her bedside manner does not encourage me to do further business with them. The staff and hygienist were otherwise friendly and helpful.

My girls have been to Growing Grins for over 8 years. They greet us each time with a great smile. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful there. Dr. Happy is one great doctor. Mostly everyone is afraid of going to the dentist but not my girls!! They have not had any cavities for over 4 years straight!!!
