Dr Chamberlains practice is everything you want in a dental facility. His staff is very friendly and efficient at what they do. I had one tooth that the composite just didnt set right when he fixed a cavity. He charged nothing as it was his previous work months earlier. His secretaries are phenomenal and very accurate at what they do. Im the type that is generally forgetful (either at remembering appointments or remembering to pay remaining balances on my account after insurance) but his staff keeps me reminded either with texts, emails, phone calls or balance notices in the mail. I even kept going to him when I was in college in Utah valley. It was well worth the drive for the assurance of a job well done!

I had two cavities, they were filled just fine. I was told I could get a 5% discount if I paid today, however the person that ran the insurance was on vacation for a week so I was promised that I could pay and would get the 5% discount when she returned. Things slipped through the cracks and it didnt get paid for few months. I never received any mail from them until recently when a man brought by a court summons.. now they want me to pay them more than 2x the original amount. Do not go to him. Hes great if you pay immediately, but one slip up and hell try and get a court judgement on you without trying to work with you. He only cares about the money.

Beware! Extremely nice staff, but was told I had over 12 "potential" cavities and I should start drilling them all. I went back to get two drilled/filled and they drilled different teeth than the original plan. I have seen 4 other dentists since and they cannot find a single cavity. I was told the device they use to check the thickness of the enamel is very inaccurate (the one that emits a sound). I firmly believe they drill teeth just for a profitable gain. It was also very peculiar how interested the dentist was when asking about my income before giving me my results (12 fake cavities!!).

As always, the care and concern for my dental health and comfort was awesome! Every staff member is friendly, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable. I received a crown today, and each step was explained, my comfort level monitored closely, and Dr. Chamberlain stuck with it till it was just right(my tooth was not cooperating!) I highly recommend this dental office to anyone needing to find a dentist. The atmosphere is pleasant (no elevator music), clean, and bright and everyone seems to love their job. Thanks for a pleasant experience! See you in 6 months.

Dr. Chamberlain is one of the only dentists I have had the opportunity to meet that I can honestly say cares about the comfort and well being of his patients above ALL else. He really wants his patients to be satisfied with the service and care he provides and I have never been disatisfied. He and his staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and I always leave his office in a better mood. I would definitely reccomend Dr. Chamberlain to anyone looking for a quality dentist.
