We love Dr. Quackenbush and all the staff at Timber Falls! I have four kids going there ranging from age 3 to 11 and each one of them enjoy going. Dr. Quackenbush is very professional, caring, and honest and when there are issues with my kids teeth he always goes through each option available and lets me know which one is the best for that child and the situation (not the one that would pay him more money). One of my younger daughters has had to have several baby root canals done there and still never hesitates to go back because they always take such good care of her there and never make her feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Quackenbush!

Im blown away by the Dr Quackenbush and staff at this office. They were really amazing with my son and made us feel so welcome. My son is very difficult to win over sometimes and he was excited to get his teeth worked on. The staff knew what to say and do to get him to do what they needed. The office itself is very nice and cute and even has a "log cabin" in the waiting area. Dr Quackenbush was very thorough explaining my sons teeth and the work that needed to be done and the benefits/consequences of each option. I highly recommend him.

Ive been bringing my daughter to Dr. Quackenbush for a few years now and have always been impressed with their expertise, service and caring attitude towards their patients. My daughter recently had to be sedated for some dental work. I was pretty nervous about this but everything went great. Dr. Quackenbush and his staff were so professional and caring and made my daughter and I feel at ease. He even called after the procedure to check on her. I highly recommend Timber Falls!

Excellent experience. Dentist is very good with kids, explaining things in terms that they understand, which helps them get involved in their dental care. He also has the ability to communicate with the parent and make sure that you understand and are okay with things. I feel very confident with my children under the care of Dr. Quackenbush.
