They are friendly but incompetent with the medical issue I have. I called 2x at the office addressing if Dr. can do the procedure? They assured me yes. Made an appointment, came to the office, removal Nexplanon BC procedure was done, 4 hrs later, the staff called & said they cant do the new insertion BC because her certification expired. I had to ask for a recommendation who is not certified as well. Needless to say, I called my insurance to complain. Now, I am looking for another certified DR who can do the insertion now. This could have been prevented if the staff was knowledgeable when I addressed this on my calls. (plural) I know this procedure is only done by certain doctors. I didnt like it that they never confirmed her certification was expired! I wish they didnt waste my time. I couldve gone to a doctor who will do the removal and insertion. Shes getting 2 stars because of that. The staff need to be trained in all medical issues like this. Another noted: But if you are looking for a regular one, she can do. Shes friendly and with beside manner.

I love, love, love he doctor, office, and all of the staff. All of the staff are knowledgeable and help full. Dr. Shola is amazing. She doesnt rush you, answers all questions, very detailed orientated, and hands on ad actually remembers her patients. i dont know how else to describe my experience.

Id give them no star if possible. I called the office 4-5 times to try and make an appointment. NO freaking one picked up the phone. She is so close to where I live so I thought Id try it out. But it wasnt meant to be. My OB is all the way up in Newark. I like her but the distance bothered me.

Dr shnowo is one of the best dr I have had in 12 years since I moved to nj....the receptionist is excellent as well polite kind and caring...I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to her she is very patience she gives time she is caring and most of all knows what she is doing

I have been coming to her office since I was 17 I am now 27. I absolutely love her. I do not want to go to another OBGYN therefore no matter where I live I still come to her. I recommended her to every female in my life and now Dr Shonowo is there Dr as well.

Do not make appointment with this office, my wife made an appointment with them 3 weeks prior and on the day of the appointment my wife gets a call saying they dont take her insurance. Total waste of time and completely unprofessional!

She saved my sons life... he wouldnt be here if it wasnt for her. She has a heart of gold! Best doctor out there... hands down.
