I am so happy to have found Dr. Baeks office. Its close, its immaculately clean, the people are friendly and professional. The way they do things is unlike anywhere else . They have a large screen TV where all of your x-rays are projected and you get to see everything thats going on, its very informative and inclusive. I have a hard time getting my teeth cleaned because the noise hurts my ears. Dr. Baeks office allows me to put my earbuds in and listen to my music so that I can relax; no other place have I ever felt this comfortable. Its Awesome bc my teeth are important and I have pushed them off in the past due to anxiety. I Made an appointment for a filling and am even thinking about going ahead with some cosmetic now that I can handle sitting in the chair ! I highly recommend Dr. Baek and his lovely staff.

Can be condescending and rude. Will cut you off while speaking. I also seen him throw an unprofessional rant with his front desk lady who is his wife. First time I had ever seen it at a professional place. Although the hygienist Nancy is very nice and thorough. The office looks nice but you get the distinct feeling your worth is how much your treatment is especially by the front desk lady.

Wow, what a great dental experience. The office was so clean and all dental equipment is cutting edge technology. After full x-rays were taken Dr. Baek and I reviewed my teeth projected on large screen in front of me and what impressed me the most was that he not only recommended a plan of action based on my dental welfare, but costs to me, that was great!!!

The staff are extremely nice and they dont apply pressure when they work with your teeth. The videos they put up in the waiting room are quite interesting to watch - For me, at least.
