I went here for the first time this week. The hygienists and Dr. Bagley are very personable. Both Dr. Bagley and my hygienist gave me detailed information on what I could do to fix my teeth (I still have 2 baby teeth). Even the hygienist was very knowledgeable on the topic because she works at a cosmetic dentistry establishment for 2-3 days each week. The only negative to my experience was that the hygienist was more aggressive than my previous dentist. But, in her defense, she was very gentle around my 2 baby teeth, one of which is unstable. I went back the following morning to have a small cavity filled. It was a very fast and easy experience. Once I was leaning back in the chair and anesthetized, it only took about 5 minutes for the drilling to be done and for the resin to be applied and cured. Not bad!

Doctor Bagley is the BEST Dentist I have ever been to. Very kind,gentle and polite. Will never go to another Dentist. And his Staff are the best. Doctor Bagley will explain to you everything that needs to be done step by step. In the last two weeks I have had eleven teeth pulled pain free..could not believe how quick and fast he does his work he is good when I tell you. Last week five teeth pulled and today six teeth pulled no need for pain medicine because you wont need it. First Dentist that was pain free. What can I say he is AMAZING!!!!! See for yourself you wont be disappointed. Thank you Doc and the Staff!

The dental hygenists are helpful, kind, and personable. They made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. However, the office staff (specifically the two female receptionists) leave much to be desired. In short (you can read my full post on their facebook page)-During a phone call, I was yelled at, put on speaker phone, hung up on (twice), and treated horribly. Both receptionists were unprofessional, rude, mean, and exhibited unbelievably poor customer service. After my experience I will no longer be a patient at Dr. Bagleys office. I STRONGLY recommend you go to a different dentist.

I love Dr. Bagleys professionalism and tender kindness toward his staff and clients. It makes a huge difference when everyone wants to work together to assure the client is taken care of. Dr. Bagley changed my daughters life. Now I am a Foster Parent and these special little ones need dental work. They have been through enough and first time visits to a dentist can be scarey but I dont think it will be. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Thank you and your staff!

Im sure Dr. Bagley is a great dentist, but his receptionist is ignorant and rude. I had to cancel an appointment because my babysitter cancelled on me, she was extra rude, told me I would be charged $30, I said that was fine because I had no choice, told me I could never come back to the office that I needed to find a new dentist and hung up on me. Glad I never made it there. I will HAPPILY find a new dentist.

Receptionist is very rude i agree 100% with the other posts about the receptionist. I should have listened. Save urself the headache dont go to this office.....over the weekend 2 of my fillings fell out(i was brushing my teeth wen it happened..ver disappointed) im currently seeking a new dentist

Extremely rude receptionist! My family and I have been going to this dentist and never had an issue before. The receptionist is rude and ignorant. As a result of this experience, my family and I will not be going to this establishment anymore. You are better off going somewhere else.

Excellent service! No padding procedures or appointments (my previous dentist Complete Care was guilty of that). Maria gave me the best teeth cleaning I ever had. I highly recommend this small, personal touch dental office to anyone living in or near Elmer.
