Dr. Kenney lives by his certification and does not listen to his patients. Ive had problems for over 20 years with multiple teeth. He up-saled me some crowns, which I didnt think I needed, and 4 months later, he agreed he made a mistake, and the teeth shouldve been removed. Many hours and pain later, its back to square one. He doesnt listen to his patients, and his bedside manner is stale at best. He has no passion, and he will not laugh, smile, or do anything to alleviate your pain. Only his pocket books. And he is most likely sending money back to his home country, like so many other foreigners do once they learn to speak English.

I just had 2 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Kenny Thaher. It took 90 min and I went directly back to work. He ensured that the process was pain free and was very detailed in explaining what to do for the next few days. Kenny was friendly and knowledgeable on this visit, and during my first exam. My dental tech was very friendly and detail orientated. The reception team was always friendly and quick to respond to my questions via email or via phone. I look forward to many years as a customer at Neibauer Dental Care in La Plata.

ER referred me to this dentist due, i go to my appt and they inform me they cant do it. Im in severe pain and yet they give me absolutley no pain med and charge me $230 and refer me to yet another dentist. Horrible experience and i would def not refer anyone to these people. Waste of time and I had to take off work. 0 stars. I wouldnt take my dog here.

The entire staff there is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. On your first appointment, they call you by name and by the 2nd appointment you feel like youve been going there your whole life. My cleaning and filling were both essentially pain-free. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Horrible experience!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! Very unprofessional and bad management. When dealing with pain do not bother calling the office. No help at all! Finally took me yelling and crying to get someone to listen. Trying to contact a manager is like getting a tooth pulled.
