I have been going to Dr.Penn for at least two decades. It is always my desire to support African American professionals but today I have the worth experience in my adult life with this dental office. This dental office refused to refund me for a partial I never received. This office also billed my dental plan for services that were not fully rendered. It is hope that Dr. Penn would employ a office manger who is a patient advocate and one is sensitive to the patient needs and desires. This office appears to be obsessed with "money" and not service delivery!!!!! The dental equipment is out dated but again, Dr.Penn is nice but his office manager is not!!!!!!!

The doctor is nice, staff team changes to much, you have to double check the price. They almost overcharge by $300 for a cap tooth but I already knew my price so they had to look it up again and I was correct.

Terrible staff......if you are tight with the doctor, it may be worth it to tolerate the staff, but I cant do it....too mean! ;)
