As a Business Professional, I strongly urge you to reconsider utilizing All Creatures Animal Hospital. As some have already indicated the interaction/conversation between you ,the Pet Owner, and the Vet are minimal. The Techs are very kind and care about your pet. This simply provides the feeling that your paying for interaction with the Techs rather than the Vet. My Scenario is a bit concerning I signed up for Pet Alliance Agreement as it was suggested by the staff that it would save you money on routine care. I reviewed the Terms and Conditions as with any agreement with a recurring charge. My Card was skimmed at a local gas station and was cancelled. Inevitably this caused a decline on that card since it was no longer active.This office told me it was a $7 charge because it declined. I asked if this was indicated on the Agreement and they responded yes! To my suprise, The agreement indicates a penalty of 4% above of base federal interest for late payment not $7. When I contacted the office I was told that later contracts completed after mine an amendment was added to show this charge. After clearly indicating that they had no right and had violated the contract by charging me an additional amount I was given a response the Vet refused to refund the $7. I have requested this in writing and will seek resolution through appropriate regulatory and governing bodies. Pet Owners and Future Pet Owners please consider my Patronship to this Office for 2 years as the value of yours to this Vet.

I brought My two cats there trough the C.A.R.E Program. the receptionist seemed nice and all. but I felt that I was not treated the same way as another full paying pet owner. They spayed my kittens and just gave them the minimum shots. as a first time pet owner they didnt even recommend that I deworm them or check for ear mites. they were not very helpful or informative. and when My the spay incision wasnt doing so well on my kittens, they just brushed it off and said it was fine. So I decided to bring them to McAbee Animal hospital instead and they were so nice! and they re-glued the cats incision and it healed in 2 days! they checked for ear mites and worms, (which they did have) . they gave them a complimentary ear cleaning and claw clipping. they sent us home with a new pet owner booklet. after this experience I would go to Mc Abee And NEVER to All creatures again!

Worst Vet experience EVER and I have always had animals so I have had a lot of experience with different Vets. The Vet there (Dr. Kim) would not answer any of my questions, did a minimal check of my 12 week old puppy there for her routine vaccinations, I had to ASK him about heart worm medication and the fact that due to the breed my puppy is (Australian Shepherd) and their well known allergy to Ivermectin, he wanted to charge me $5 just for the prescription of the brand that doesnt have Ivermectin in it!!! This was in ADDITION to the charge for the visit, the shots, and the heart worm test just because I had to order the medication online because they didnt sell it at their office!!!! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! They care NOTHING about you animal...its about $$$$$ to them.

I left my dog for boarding with All Creatures for 2 days. When I returned, the receptionist told me that they gave her a tick bath because they found one tick on her but she is fine. We thanked her and went home....where we found over 40 ticks that we needed to pull off her fur. They were everywhere and now we have to clean her bed, crate, carpet, our car, etc. The poor dog is at risk for diseases! I am not sure what the veterinarian oath is, but I doubt this doctor cares. I saw him at the office during pick-up. Not sure how he lives with himself or why he chose this profession. Do not boards your pet here!!!

I dont know how someone could give this place more than 1 star, the vet would walk in the room, look at the animal for 2 minutes are less then walks out and told his tech to come in and talk to the clients. Theres zero interaction between the vet and you, I have been here multiple times and it was the same every time. I have been to many vets and there are ones who wouldnt leave the room until they have answered every question you have. Not to mention the cost is outrageous too.

I have been going to All Creatures Animal Hospital for many years. The office staff is always very friendly, its clean, and, Dr. Kim has always handled my fur babies with care. I have moved out of the area so regretfully will have to use a vet in Deltona but we refer our grooming clients to All Creatures Animal Hospital when they ask for a recommendation. Thank you for being so kind when I have had to let my kitties pass over to the Rainbow Bridge a few times :)

I would highly recommend this office to anyone with small animals/exotics. This vet has saved my rat Lakutis life on numerous occasions, and always made time for his bi-weekly tooth trim, and at an affordable price. The staff has always been extremely kind, and has the best interest of your pet at heart. very knowledgeable and willing to do research on the spot to ensure your pet is getting the best treatments possible. I love this vet!

Our family has depended on All Creatures even before Dr. Kim. Our family presently includes two dogs and three cats; all of them (if they could write) would list All Creatures as their primary treating physician. Dr. Kim has a gift with animals. Ours seem to realize he is to be trusted - even when he has a syringe! The staff is pleasant to speak with and always helpful. Id recommend All Creatures to anyone who loves animals.

my experience going to All Creatures Animal Hospital where good, the front desk lady is very kind and answers all my questions, Dr. Kim is also great he takes his time and I like that he doesnt seem to be in a rush to get you in and out. I mean speed is good but in other words when Im talking he listens before moving on to other things with my pet instead of ignoring me and rushing through everything. I would recommend,

They are both very friendly and very patient. Even if you have a dog that is not a friendly with the vet, they are patient. Even if you rush in Saturday morning at 11:45 a.m with a dog that crawled under the car seat to taste the ant poison you laid there a while ago, they take the time to check out to make sure everything is okay and the dog will not be harmed. Our dogs love going there.

They treated me with kindness and really seemed to care about my rat Henry. He had a tumor that needed to be removed, but heres what I found unfair: they charged me 40$ to literally look at him for 1 minute and to give me a quote for a 640$ surgery!!! What?? I ended up finding Conway animal hospital that gave me a FREE surgery consultation and only cost 226$ for the surgery.

I had just moved to Orlando when I had to go out of town suddenly. I took my poodle, Peaches, to All Creatures Animal Hospital and they took great care of her for a week. They are very compassionate. They examined my dog and brought her up-to-date on all her shots. I would recommend their boarding and vet services. I really love that theyre right down the street!
