My prt was fine Thursday and Friday he started showing signs of weakness. By Saturday morning he can barely walk anf his weakness increased. I brought in my pet on a Saturday 30 min before they closed. Dr. Riviera cared for him and explained what might be happening to my pet. He recommended bloodwork and sent us home with medication . My pets health deterioted by Sunday. To my surprise, Dr. Riviera called me on Sunday morning to tell me what they found un his bloodwork, which me and my husband suspected. We had put our beloved pet to sleep early Sunday afternoon so he wouldnt suffer any longer. Our pet was 16yrs 4 months . We can not thank him enough for calling on his day off to ease our mind to what we had to do which was already agonizing enough. Not prolonging my pets suffereing was the best care Dr. Riviera could have given him. This place has caring Vets and staff and would trust them again if I would have a heart to have another pet in our lives.

Ive been going here for several years due to convenience. So far, Ive felt like they truly care about my animals. I dont expect them to remember every name or condition but they seem to chart everything well and the back of house staff has always been very pleasant with me and my lab. Burgundy has also been an amazing fixture at this office and I cant imagine it without her there. She holds up under pressure and always makes you feel welcomed. The ONLY complaint I have thus far is that they are pricier than other vets. Office visits are $10 more than average and other services tend to be on the higher side. Other than that, I hope they continue to treat me and my animals the way they do, and to show a caring passionate side as opposed to a conveyor belt of business and I will continue to come here.

Walked in with my parents and their dog who was in severe distress. The place was chaotic (yes I know it is a vet; but dogs were fighting, people were standing around due to lack of seating, and the receptionist acted as though we were an inconvenience.) She stared as we described his symptoms and told us to wait. When I stated that I would be taking him to MY vet despite the lengthy drive, the receptionist finally piped up that shed have someone "check him out". She took him in the back without us and brought him back about 30 seconds later claiming that he was "fine". At that point we left and came to my normal vet as we were made quite aware that this establishment is a mess and lacks concern and empathy.

As a business owner of a doggy day care and boarding facility, sometimes we need help with a dog in our care, and Dr. Rivera and Dr Hernandez are pawesome! They keep it simple, to the fact and get it done! Dr. Rivera always has a smile on his face and lets you know everything will be alright... his reactions and reassurance are very comforting. Dr. Hernandez is just as compassionate and caring. Your great experience will start when Burgundi answers the phone. Shes been a staple there and I can always count on her to help as well as all the front and back office staff. And dont miss their annual Christmas pawty!! I highly respect their pricing and services. Thank you for everything all of you do! XO

They did what I went in for (shots and deworm) but they were more expensive than the previous vet and not as personable. The vet didnt spend much time in the exam room and certainly didnt explain everything or stick around for questions. I was going to ask about getting comfortis and sentential for my puppy. Because the vet ran out of the room she missed the opportunity for that sale. The previous vet is an hour away so I was hoping to use lake nona animal clinic because it is local. After this visit I trust my previous vet more. Guess Ill have to deal with the long drive to get the quality of care I am looking for. Previous vet is cheaper on visits and shot costs.

My shih tzu puppy loves coming here! They always explain exactly what they are doing as they are doing it rather than just examining the dog and telling you everything at the end. The staff is so friendly and they communicate through email very well. We needed to board our dog for a few days and they faced his records with no delay as soon as I called. They only have your pets best interest at heart and its obvious to anyone who walks in. They also do lots of cute parties for the holidays!

Amazing staff and professionalism. They deeply care for your pets and have a great love of animals and it shows when they treat them. With 3 new kittens of different ages, Ive been there a lot and having just moved to Lake Nona from Maitland their services are top notch. Very convenient location for Lake Nona residents as well. I never worry when I have to take our fur children there!

I took my new dog in for a well visit. I just needed to get acquainted with a vet in my area. The entire staff was kind and attentive to my dog. The vet took her time to answer my questions and let me know her findings with my pet. I wish my Dr. Had such good bed side. manners. If you live in the Lake Nona /St. Cloud area and have a dog or cat. This is the place to go.

I love this office! Just when I think that the vets cant get any nicer, I see a different one at the practice and am pleasantly surprised. They do book up fast (Lake Nona is getting bigger by the day) but do not hesitate to squeeze you in for an emergency. I point everyone I know toward Lake Nona Animal Clinic, and will continue to do so.

Lake Nona Animal Clinic is hands down (or paws down) the best vet I have ever had. They are ALL ALWAYS so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and sensitive. My Tucker and I appreciate all that they do to keep him healthy. They truly take the time to talk about any of your concerns and it makes a huge difference. I highly recommend this vet!

Everyone in the office is very friendly. They are a lot more personal than other places from my experience and that makes you feel comfortable being there. Im always very confident going to them because I know they would do whatever they can to make your little ones feel better. Dr. Rivera is the best vet around, by far!

i cant say enough good things about this place - from the doctors to the staff, they are all amazing. They take care of my fur babies like they are their own. Dr Riveria put in extra time going in at midnight to check on my Jager when he was having a rough time. They go above & beyond.

These guys genuinely love animals and the animals love them back. I watched as a dog got excited to come to the vet, simply because he was happy to see the ladies working at the front counter. The doctors are knowledgeable and know how to properly deal with difficult patients.
