I absolutely love this vets office. I typically used to take my cat Persephone to either one of the Petsmart Banfields nearby, and when I needed to take her as a walk in one day, both locations were too busy and sent me to this Winter Springs location; its actually the closest to home, but I was unaware it had been recently opened there. The staff was amazing. SO kind and warm. The receptionist and vet techs were very friendly and chatted with me, fawning over my cat while I waited for the vet. When I saw the vet, she very quickly gave me a diagnosis that had been previously unidentified and misdiagnosed by FOUR previous (non-Banfield) vets. Turns out Persephone had the late stages of a congenital heart defect, that was previously misdiagnosed as "mystery illness & symptoms" and as Asthma. Dr. Armstrong was so kind and empathetic when she was discussing the diagnosis. Persephone unfortunately passed away a couple months later and Id not taken her back since the original visit (I was referred to UF for further work ups and specialty care). Almost a year after my original visit, I made an appointment for a new kitten Id adopted, and after I arrived and was waiting, one of the vet techs who I originally saw with Persephone walked out and saw me and asked me how Persephone was doing. I was touched that my girl had been remembered by name. The care and quality of this office is exceptional. The prices are a little expensive, but the charges are all clearly explained and discussed before, and its totally worth it to me, because I know Im not going to get unfairly overcharged for unnecessary stuff, and Im getting the best quality care for my fur babies. And the Banfield app is great for keeping up with my pets medical information. I now take both my cat and dog to this vet exclusively and cannot recommend them enough.

I honestly had no idea how truly amazing this office is until I moved to Jacksonville. Always very welcoming (you can see how they were welcoming my Clyde on the attached picture - very cute). I cant bring myself to bring either of my two cats (Clyde and Clover) or my boyfriends dog (Zeus) to any of the Banfield clinics inside a Petsmart. Despite the reviews showing they are around 2.5/5.0 stars, the other "energetic" or "loud" dogs just makes my animals all so much more stressed, but I never once had anything but an awesome experience here. The girls were great with my Clyde - always made me feel like I was leaving him in good hands. I miss this office so much. If a 2.5 hour car ride wasnt too stressful, Id drive my cats down here from Jacksonville.
