I recently suffered an injury to my two front teeth that required immediate attention. One of my teeth was broken off clean nearly exposing the nerve, and the other was chipped significantly. First of all, Dr. McOmber agreed to see me immediately, and I was in her office in less than an hour. I was in pain, and it was great to have an office agree to see me immediately. When I arrived, the staff was polite and professional. The building was clean and neatly kept. Every single member of the staff treated me as if I was a friend, rather than a customer. I am not someone who enjoys going to see the dentist ever, so the environment provided by the staff at this office was a welcome change. Unfortunately, the damage to my teeth required that I have both front teeth capped. Over the course of a few visits in approximately 6 weeks, my teeth were shaved down and capped. Dr. McOmber and her staff always went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. They all always had a smile on their face and made the experience as best it could be considering the work being done. Her work on my smile speaks for itself. The finished caps were matched perfectly to my surrounding teeth and look great. The craftsmanship of the caps is second to none. The caps are opaque in the areas of the tooth they should be, and they are solid in the area of the tooth they should be. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a positive experience from a dentist. Dr. McOmber deserves every bit of being in the top 40 under 40.

BEWARE!!!! These so-called "dentists" engage in whats known as "selling dentistry." This means that they tell you that you need treatments that you do not need. Personally, I was told that I needed a four quadrant scaling (a deep cleaning) with anesthesia. As it turns out, Dr. Tribula botched the injection (which I didnt even need), injected it into my bloodstream, and sent me to the hospital with a reaction from the stimulant in the anesthesia! I later got the deep cleaning at another dentists office, without any anesthesia whatsoever! Plus, they were going to charge me $2,000.00 for the treatment that cost less than $200.00 at the other dentists I went to. I filed a lawsuit at the Freehold courthouse which was dismissed on a technical issue having to do with getting an affidavit from one dentist testifying against another (something impossible to do unless you pay a fortune for a so-called paid witness dentist). All of you can get the lawsuit at the courthouse if you want it. The case number was DC-007653-11, and you can ask the court to look up the case and make copies for you. Beware of these rip-off artists and incompetent dentists.

In my experience as a patient, I believe Dr. McOmber to be the best dentist I have ever had the good fortune of having to use. I say that because normally I would dread going to the dentist because nobody has the gentle touch or patience that Dr. McOmber has. She makes sure that you are 100% comfortable before beginning any procedure from the most mundane to the most complicated. I have never experienced the very small amount of pain post-procedure as I have with her (normally Im in pain days after a procedure, in this case a root canal, & I have to take pain meds to stave it off). I can say with much certainty that I will never use another dentist again! If you are reading this as a patient of Dr. McOmbers then you know exactly what Im praising her for, & if you are reading this as a potential patient then rest assured that you will not regret choosing Dr. McOmber as your dentist. Also, I would be remiss if I didnt mention the excellent job Michelle did of making sure everything Dr.McOmber needed to make my procedure go as smoothly as possible. Thank you very much!

I first met Dr. Tribula when I was rushed to his office by a family friend after an overzealous back-flip off a diving board left many of my teeth barely hanging on. Almost twenty years later he still has my trust, respect, and gratitude. That fateful back-flip has meant loads of dental work over the years, including a beautiful set of crowns on my front teeth. Crowns so beautiful, every dentist I’ve seen since has commented and asked for the name of the artist who did them – no exaggeration here. I’ve been forced to go to other dentists since I’ve relocated several times, though I’ve seriously considered commuting from Seattle, WA to Howell, NJ for my dental appointments. While this isn’t feasible, Dr. Tribula does the next best thing and graciously reviews my x-rays, returns my calls and emails, and offers his expert, long-distance second opinion. He is a great man and a phenomenal dentist – thank you, Dr. Tribula!

Ive never felt more at ease in a dental office in my life. The office itself is so nice and clean and the rooms are extremely hygienic. The dentist was so kind to me and understanding about my past dental experiences and put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. The office staff was excellent. Marie even explained the breakdown about what I would be billed for all the appointments needed for my procedure and what the insurance I have covered. She also worked with my schedule to find me appointments so I wouldnt have to wait long to get the work I need done. I actually look forward to my future appointments and will no longer be nervous going to dentist.

Having an intense fear of the dentist and needing major dental work I needed to find someone not judgemental or uninterested in my fears and dental needs. I was recommended to Mcomber dental by a relative who just went thru extensive dental work and could not have hoped for a more caring dentist and staff to go thru this process with. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is need of an understanding ,considerate, accommodating and compassionate dental practice. Almost to the finish line and couldnt be happier with my choice and new smile!!! THANKS DR. MCOMBER, DR. GLUCK, MARIE AND THE REST OF THE CARING STAFF!!!

Love these guys. From the Dr. Tribula days to now, they have treated my very complex double implant with a ton of care and expertise. Theres no rush with them, the staff is the most friendly Ive ever experienced in any medical office. I wish I could clone these people to be my doctor and my specialists. I actually found them because I had a dental emergency and Dr. Tribula was on his cell phone with me immediately -- before I was ever even a patient. Try these guys out and you wont leave for another practice.

After visiting Dr McOmber on a friends recommendation, I wish ALL dentists were that amazing. I went in for a second opinion regarded complicated dental work that I needed. She spent over an hour going over a multitude of options and together we came up with a plan of attack that not only made financial sense for me, but that I was comfortable with. I am nearing the end of the treatment and I could not be more happy. I would recommend them for any and all dental work, no matter how simple or complicated.

I have been a patient for many years and although I come from over an hour away, I consider the trip well worth it. I always dreaded going to the dentist. It was just so unpleasant and I always seemed to need some dental work. Dr Tribula over the past few years has restored my teeth, comfortably. I now almost enjoy going to the dentist. They exceeded all my expectations.
